Come stay in the heart of Eugene! A short walk to downtown, but enough distance to be a quiet place to sleep when you get back from the days adventures! With places like Mac's Blues Club and Bier stein just a block away, there will be plenty to keep you entertained without going far. There is also a small park right around the corner- great for kids to play! Come see all Eugene has to offer!

For the security of the property and guests, there is one camera located outside, facing the driveway area. It is motion activated and records audio and video.

Lovely home in Eugene, Or

Would definately recommend this listing to family and friends. Great quiet location, clean with a nicely stocked kitchen, and plenty of linens for an extended stay. Loved our stay.

Great host and value! Cozy, comfortable and homey! :)

Visiting the area house and office location hunting as we are relocating to Eugene for my career. Mom, dad and kids 9 and 11 years old enjoyed our stay as this home is well stocked and appointed and at a great value. The host was amazing at timely responses and was accommodating with our arrival time being a little early as we had a Ducks game to get to. Thank you!! 5-stars all around : )

Trip to help take care of Nico

We were in Eugene to help take care of our grandson Nico, while his parents were away. The location is perfect. You can get to everything. We stayed here once before in late summer. This time was a very cold time in Eugene and the heating in the house struggled to keep us warm, but we managed. Great host.

A beautiful stay

We had a great time staying at this gorgeous home! It was my partner and our two adult daughters at the home. We were able to go jogging, walk to dinner and coffee and nearby parks. We hope to stay again. We also reached out to our host a few times with questions and she was very quick to reply.

Quiet hideaway

We were delighted with this property, which was very conveniently located on a quiet alleyway. It was well-appointed and cute. My two dogs enjoyed walking around the neighborhood too!

Great little house

Friends and I were in town for a ducks game. House is in a peaceful neighborhood—very walkable and pretty. House is clean and in good working order. We appreciated having access to a full kitchen, which allows for many more dinning options than just going out to eat. Would definitely return.

Our son’s family move

When I booked this home, I did not know where my son’s family would live. As fate would have it, their new home was one house away. That lucky circumstance sure made the moving process easier. The home was as advertised and located ideally for enjoying Eugene. We’ll be back.

Cute, Close to Grocery Store, Nice Kitchen Appliances

We booked the property for a 5-day stay with our son and his family to attend the Little League 9u Baseball Championships - 4 adults, 2 youth. We needed something close to where the rest of our team and activities were. This worked for us. I’m providing some details because I would have preferred a bit more information when booking. The house is decorated very nicely. Nice kitchen appliances and other unexpected necessities, such as bandaids. The beds slept pretty comfortably, four pillows on the beds plus decorative pillows, a toss blanket at the foot of the bed, hangers in closet. The futon couch was not comfortable as a bed and a bit small for two, but it was worked. There is some exterior upkeep needed and a few minor interior maintenance items. This is a great place for 2-4 people. Bathroom is narrow but adequate. It is located near Hwy access, grocery and restaurants. There is a park around the corner, though, I wouldn’t let your kids go without adult supervision. The road in front of the house is a narrow single street so be sure if you have a big vehicle, you don’t hit the neighbor’s fence as you back out of the drive. I would like to have known that the outside area (fenced backyard) is very small, has decorative bark rather than lawn, but does have a nice covered seating area. There is a washer and dryer, which was also nice. It is outside on the covered patio. Overall, a nice stay. It would not be my first choice, but I would stay here again.

Weekend Stay in Eugene

We travelled to Eugene to attend a memorial service and the Blues and Brews House was great for our family of 4. It was walkable to the memorial location(my Mom's house), parks and many restaurants. Cornucopia restaurant is one minute away and a great place to eat, drink and to get a feel for the neighborhood. To our surprise and delight, my sister and her family rented the adjoining property, so this definitely upped the fun and convenience factor. Ashlie, made check in and check out very easy and the house had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back to enjoy another weekend stay!

This home was very clean, well decorated and comfortable.

We had a short stay at this property and the home was a great. Probably would stay there if traveling with my mom as it was difficult for her to get into bed. Both bedrooms have beds high off the ground. The hostess is easy to work with and a great communicator.

I chose this property as a short term rental for a few reasons. Its location is PERFECT! Located in the heart of Eugene, it is centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with long time residents as neighbors. The home still has some of it's charm from being built in the 1950's. It is updated, while still keeping some unique character.
