Walk out of the welcoming sunroom into an enclosed backyard with a hot tub, cowboy pool, and sitting area. This 1.5-acre property is complete with a gas grill and above-ground pool, lounge chairs, and more! You and your group will love staying here no matter what you are into - whether it's swimming or sunbathing by the pool during the warmer months, or relaxing in the hot tub or lounge chairs beneath the stars. Entertain loved ones around the grill, or from the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. After a long day in nature, you can retreat to the quiet privacy of this secluded desert oasis - you will be amazed at what this place has to offer!

Relax inside listening to some vinyl on the record player and Bluetooth speaker system, or stream your favorite shows on the Roku smart TV. Mix up refreshing cocktails or mocktails by the minibar and take in the beauty of the many-sided sunroom offering a lounge area with a cozy oversized bean bag and a telescope to admire the view. The sunroom also includes a dedicated work area with a standing desk, leather chair, and desert backdrop that will be the Zoom envy of your coworkers. When it's time to make dinner, the fully appointed chef’s kitchen will have your back - it's complete with beautiful and modern appliances and fixtures, including a smart fridge with craft ice maker, built-in drawer microwave, stove, oven with air fryer, dishwasher, and pour over coffee station. The dining room features an eight-person dining table.

*Hot tub is open year-round. There is an automatic $15/day hot tub maintenance fee added to all reservations.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
