Boasting an ideal location, you'll have the privacy you desire while still being close to all of the Sea Pines amenities you're sure to enjoy. For a mellow day outside, use the four provided adult bicycles to trek along the trail directly across from your home. Better yet, take a short ride to Lawton Stables and Harbour Town. While there, indulge in the picturesque scenery before grabbing a bite together from a local restaurant. The beach is also accessible by bicycle, so you'll be able to sink your feet into the sand and bask in the warm sunlight anytime you choose. If you'd prefer something more active while in the area, South Beach offers tennis, pickleball, shopping, and its own restaurants to sample.

After a fun day of adventuring, come back to your stylish, welcoming vacation home. Sporting high ceilings, new furnishings, and plenty of natural light, the cozy ambience here invites relaxation. Its spacious floor plan with two separate living areas provides room for group activities or allows you to do your own thing. When everyone is hungry, the group chef will love using the pristine kitchen, which is decked out with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. When dinner concludes, lounge in the living room dressed with expansive windows and quality furnishings. If you're feeling productive, take advantage of the desk and high-speed WiFi to catch up on some remote work. Reward yourself for your diligence by exiting the French doors to the furnished deck and going for a refreshing dip in your own private pool. When the evening activities come to a close, retreat to one of the bright bedrooms, outfitted with your comfort in mind.

A washer, dryer, and ironing board are also included for added convenience.

USE CAUTION:

• Stay at least 60 feet (4 car lengths) away from
alligators
• Alligators are ambush predators and can move
faster than you or your pets.
• Keep pets and children away from water’s edge
• Swimming or wading is prohibited in Sea Pines’
waterways
• Feeding or harassing alligators is dangerous and
illegal
• When fishing or crabbing do not throw used bait
or fish parts into the water.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
