Newly upgraded with fresh paint throughout, stainless steel appliances, new bathroom vanity & toilet, and all new furniture & décor. This pristine ocean view suite is fondly named after the owner’s beloved longhaired dachshund, Greer. It features modern décor, and is well appointed for a short getaway or an extended stay. Located on the second floor with spectacular views of the ocean and in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. There is one dedicated parking space, leave your keys and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops. Book now for a little slice of paradise on Wrightsville Beach!

There is assigned off street parking for 1 car only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.

Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

Relaxing girls trip

We stayed here for a friends trip. Couldn’t beat the location of condo. Cleanliness of condo was average to me. But a very cute place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a nice place. A little “cold” feeling (not a/c cold) with zero rugs or runners, esp in bedroom. Shower floor buckling, but ok. Sliding glass doors my wife could barely get to open/close because so worn out.

A few things...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was wonderful. Awesome location and parking spot. Clear communication and directions about how to get into the building and room. However, there were a few things we noticed that could have been improved/avoided in the first place. When we walked in the door, the floor was covered in sand. I know, we’re at the beach! Of course it’s sandy. But it was as if no one had vacuumed any time recently at all. And the second problem with that is there was NO VACCUM. There was a little shop vac which was entirely tedious. It was uncomfortable being in the house shoeless because it was so bad. Another thing is that there was not one single hanger in the closet. Not one. Being on the beach, with some nice engagements one might have there, it would be a good idea to add some. All in all, it was great but the little things do add up a bit.Thanks for the stay!

Great place!

It was such a great place to stay and the location was amazing. We had a little bit of an issue, but communication was super easy and problem was resolved very very quickly! I would definitely be booking this place again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was a great place to stay. The unit was spotless when we walked in and the well-maintained. I would definitely stay at this unit again. The only issue we had was the blinds on the windows where very cumbersome to use. They did not work very well at all. Also, this is a beach resort and there was nowhere to wash off before entering the condo, A simple garden hose downstairs would be great.

Nice condo on the beach, close to bars

The condo was clean and comfortable, walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The drawback of the location was the noise around 2 am when the bars closed. We were awakened each night by lots of yelling on the street below. Nothing to be done about it but may want to consider when booking.

Great community/location

Amazing vibe in Wrightsville Beach with local coffe Shoppe ‘Sunny Days I think - nearby dining - walkable beach with surfing! Easy to get to town. Drawbridge at 4pm - probably other times too No shampoo/conditioner? Bunk beds are for kids or a small adult.

Great vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Greer place was nice it was clean and up to date it smelled very fresh when entering the place. It was very easy to access the beach. Only one hiccup parking only was for one car and we had to park on the street for the other car which cast every day. But overall it was good.

Great location

The location is great, very convenient and no need to drive if the beach is why you’re here. The condo is small but clean and nicely decorated. We were on the 2nd floor and you can hear the street noise from the bedroom and the bed was too soft and squishy for us. Also the tub/shower floor is very soft and squishy. You may want to check for water damage? Other than that, we had a nice time during our stay.
