There is a boat storage area about .5 miles from your condo. There is a wildlife ramp right across from the boat storage area. Contact property manager for more information about bringing you boat.
This new townhome is beautifully appointed with an open concept, kitchen, dining and living room, on the first floor. The family can gather together around the large island and cook together, play games, or just hang out. There is also a half bath on the first floor.
On the second floor there is a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bath, large closet and a 50" smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 40" smart TV. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin beds and a 40" smart TV.
Out back is a nice sitting area with great views of the nature pond just across the street with egrets, geese and lots of waterfowl. A charcoal grill is provided for family cookouts.
Beau Coast community offers a day dock right on Taylors Creek, an event lawn, gym, clubhouse with a beautiful pool, shuffleboard table, ping pong and corn hole. Hang out at Traders, a facility in Beau Coast with a variety of food from Beaufort Grocery, craft beers and outdoor sitting area with a fire pit.
Just a short distance into town, enjoy the shops, restaurants or take a ferry to Cape Lookout or Shackleford Banks.
This is a pet friendly property. There is a 35.00 fee per night for your pet.
Once you book, I will be sending the rules and regulations for Beau Coast for you to read over and sign to acknowledge you accept their rules.

Dogs 40lbs and under are allowed. Pet fee is per pet per stay.
No smoking or vaping in the unit.
Linens and towels are provided.
Only guests renting in Beau Coast are allowed to use the amenities.
Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10:00. There are no parties or loud music allowed.
There is a 3-ring binder in the unit that has lots of information for your stay. Check out instructions, community rules restaurants in the area and also information on nightlife, fishing etc.
