Golden Lofts condos offer the ultimate Traverse City travel experience. This newly constructed, stylishly appointed two bedroom/two bath unit is located above Golden Shoes on the downtown corridor of the lakeshore town that's on everyone's list of places to go. Shops, restaurants, and bars are all just steps away. And it's the perfect hub for exploring the rest of this beautiful region we call Up North.
ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
The Space:
It's a 21 step climb to the Lofts entry on the 2nd floor.
Open main living and kitchen space overlooks Front St. Large screen smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms., 1,152 square feet. The bedrooms are furnished with king beds. Each bedroom connects to its own bathroom with walk-in shower. Living room has pull out sofa. Washer & Dryer in hallway closet.
Original exposed brick, modern fixtures and features create the perfect mix of history and contemporary style.
This Unit is on the second floor, please note the stairs are a little steep. There is no elevator.
**There are security cameras at the main door entry which is in the rear of the building, and in the Loft Level Entryway.
Guest Access:
Enter off the alley on the south side (rear) of the building. Once inside there is a long staircase which will take you to the second floor entryway where all four Golden Lofts units can be accessed. Units one and two are alley - facing while three and four overlook Front St.
Please note there is no elevator.
The Neighborhood:
Urban vibe comes with some urban sounds. Ear plugs are provided, if needed.
A bike rack is located outside the back of the Golden Lofts/Golden Shoes building and is there for your convenience. WMG Properties is not responsible for any damaged or stolen bikes or equipment.
Getting Around:
**GUESTS WILL RECEIVE ONE FREE PARKING SPACE BELOW UNIT - Parking for additional vehicles will include metered parking in the nearby parking garage**
HARDY GARAGE – Location: 303 East State Street- with another entrance on Front Street. (this is the closest garage to your unit.)
OLD TOWN GARAGE- Location-125 East Eighth Street (between Cass and Union Streets, which is one block to the west, and 5 blocks south.)
Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined.
EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
