Peaceful Oasis in the Woods, just 30 minutes to Nashville!

Charming and secluded, this Pegram, TN home is on 8 acres bringing you relaxation, peace, and calm from big city living, yet you are close enough to head to Nashville! With 2000 square feet, you have plenty of space to enjoy games, music, or movies with family and friends. The kitchen is well-equipped and you can make the perfect cup of coffee to enjoy on the back deck where you will be surrounded by nature. The home is modern and recently renovated.

The Home
The home has two full living rooms, a game room, a reading/music nook, a kitchen, and a dining room in addition to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The kitchen has new appliances, an open concept, and all your cooking basics. The dining table is directly next to the kitchen and is bench style.

The upper level living room has a beautiful wood burning fireplace, a sofa, and 2 chairs making it the perfect gathering space for conversation.

The lower level living room has the 65" smart tv, a loveseat, and 2 chairs creating another gathering space for movies or conversation.

Next to the lower level living room is the game space (my favorite). It is in a bay window with a bench seat so everyone can get in on the fun. It includes plenty of entertainment from board games to card games.

The reading and music nook is next which also allows for quiet time in the oversized chair or you can pop on a record for some tunes. We welcome any music suggestions from our guests!

The laundry room is near the game room and features a new washer and dryer. Perfect for those staying a little longer :)

The lower level bathroom has a full bathtub. The upper level bathroom has a shower.

It is in the country so cell phone service is limited unless you have AT&T. Fortunately, Xfinity services the internet and the wifi is strong enough to manage up to 8 devices with an ultrafast plan (download speed at 900 Mbps and upload speed at 20 Mbps). It’s been perfect handling important work calls to Netflix streaming.

The back patio has 6 chairs for lounging and is surrounded by the woods. It’s a favorite spot for most!

Guests are free to use all parts of the home (except 2 locked owners closets) including the 8 acres and very large front yard by the creek. All surrounding properties are private so please do look out for property lines :)

There are two outside security cameras facing the street. They will light up which is helpful at night.
