Had a great weekend get away. House was nice and clean. Easy check in/out process. Located in a great area about 10 minutes from the Vegas strip. Would recommend for future trips.

Beautiful home with quiet neighborhood
Great home worked perfect for the reason we needed it for. Roomy and clean bathrooms and spacious kitchen. Would rent again. A few things that would make this a AAA five star property: kitchen sink needed some work, the temperature controls were a little tricky, and that marble slab in the master bedroom…I stubbed my foot many times on that thing lol.

Clean house, has some issues.
First thing I noticed is that the address on VRBO is different than the one I was given. We were also told to park in the garage, but there was only space for 1 car, due to furniture piled up. The house was very clean, but we all agreed that we wish there were more bathroom and kitchen items. There was only one bottle of body wash in the whole house and it looked like it was from a previous guest. They only provided 1 towel per person and we couldn’t find any more towels or linen. The bed sheets smelled a little weird in the upstairs bedrooms as well. There wasn’t any lotion in the bathrooms (which I know isn’t a necessity but it would be nice to have since it’s very dry there:). There was also no coffee in the kitchen, the only thing in the fridge/freezer was a bag of ice. Another note, the bathroom floors were VERY slippery, 2 of our guests slipped on the floor and luckily caught themselves. Also, there are only 2 TVs in the house, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room, and there were no laundry baskets if you’re looking to do laundry. There were no hooks in the master bathroom for our towels, and the downstairs bedroom only had 1 nightstand. There was a good amount of seating for everyone which was nice, good backyard, the house is overall nice but just beware of these things:)

The home was nice, clean, and as advertised. It was fairly sparse regarding anything in the kitchen, but serviceable. The master bathroom can use some help regarding safety measures for the tub. The neighborhood seemed safe and was very quiet.

Nice stay
House was clean and as pictured/described. Neighborhood was nice, and it was close to everything we wanted to do. Everything looked nice, and there was plenty of space for our group of eight, but it was very "minimalist", especially in the kitchen. Not much better to work with. Thankfully it was only 2 days, so it didn't matter much. Communication was great and they allowed us to check in a little early.

The extra windows in the bedrooms that don't have blinds could use tinting to help deal with the heat and sun. Also the master bathroom window needs a cover. The house was clean, garage clutter with old furniture, 1 rule was park in the garage but only 1 car could fit. There commutation was great. I give it a solid 4 STARS.

I arrived late Thursday night and easy to get into the house. The house was just as in the pictures. I would definitely rent again when I'm in Vegas. Everything was nearby and Allan and his team were excellent hosts.

Definitely would stay again
Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. We came from Arizona for a football tournament and we’re not familiar with the area. Owner was very helpful and even sent us places they thought we might enjoy visiting. Last minute we had to ask for a later checkout and they were very responsive and accommodating. Everything is exactly as seen in pictures. Beautiful home, lots of space. If ever in the area we would definitely love to stay here again.

Great house, needs small changes.
The house was great for family to meet together and stay for the weekend. Plently of space for 9 adults. Only problems we had was the smaller couch was broken so we had to be careful with that. Also the master bedroom had some higher windows that don't have covers so if sleeping in the dark is needed it isn't a great room. The master bath room has a window where the tub/shower and the neighbors can see you inside. The house was in a great location to meet with other family. We went able to had game night on the table and hang out together. We would book this house again.
