Newly renovated 2-bedroom ground-level apartment with full kitchen, dining space, and living area. One bedroom has a King bed and the other bedroom has 2 queen beds. All furnishings brand new (mattresses, furniture, towels, etc.)
This ground-level apartment is newly renovated, from ceiling to floor. It has its own separate entrance, kitchen, living room, washer/dryer. With 2 queen and 1 king bed, this home can comfortably sleep up to 6.
The interior was professionally designed in chic mid-century modern style and all furnishings are brand new (furniture, mattresses, towels, kitchenware — all brand new). Your comfort is our top priority.
Every bedroom has a TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, HBOMax, Discovery+, and ESPN+.
Our property manager lives just minutes away from this house. This home is professionally managed by highly rated Airbnb experts with properties across the country. Customer service is important to us, and we’ll make sure you enjoy your stay.
Backyard, which includes a brand new gas grill and picnic tables, is shared with the guest staying in the upstairs unit. Entire 1,100 sq ft basement is a fully independent apartment, completely locked and secure from upstairs unit.
Guests will have access to the entire ground-level apartment with its own private entrance, full kitchen, HVAC temp control. Ample off-street parking in back lot. THERE IS A UNIT UPSTAIRS COMPLETELY SEPARATE AND LOCKED AWAY.

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from downtown ATL, 15 minutes to Buckhead, and 18 minutes from the airport. Because we are so closet to the Glenwood exit on I-20 its super easy to get any where you want in metro Atlanta.
Ample off-street parking in back lot. Uber and Lyft are really fast and everything is only about 10-15 minutes away.
***There is a separate apartment above this space where other Airbnb guests may reside. The back parking lot and back yard (grill, picnic table) are shared by all guests.
***Accurate guest count is required by Airbnb and our insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. For example, if you plan on 4 people staying overnight and 2 people visiting during the day, the guest count is 6 people. If you have questions about this policy, please send us a message before you book.
***Please note a $300 pre-authorization hold (not a charge) will be placed on the credit card used to book your reservation 24 hours before check-in. This hold will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges. 1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.
2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host your event. Good communication is key.
3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited. We also do not allow smoking weed outside. Both our neighbors have small children and spend a lot of time in their backyard.
4. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee.
5. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds.
6. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.
7. We do not allow guests with modified cars that cause their engines to be louder than normal cars. If our neighbors complain about sound or report you speeding in our neighborhood we will immediately report to Airbnb and they will cancel your reservation.
8. Do not park in front of our neighbor’s house. Our driveway has plenty of parking for all cars. If you need to park in the street, please only park in our driveway.
9. Guests must provide an unaltered copy of their Driver's License or Passport to host through Airbnb message thread within 24 hours after booking so we can independently confirm your identity and finalize your reservation.
13. Our cleaning team charge a $350 biohazard fee if they have to clean up any bodily fluids (blood, urine, feces)
14. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. Our cleaning team charges an additional $100 if they have to clean glitter or confetti.
