Enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean views from the wrap around balcony and the ceiling to floor windows throughout this 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront corner condo. This 1800 sq. ft. unit is located on the 5th floor of One Ocean Place with close proximity to Murrells Inlet, the Marsh Walk, Market Commons and fine dining.
This condo was purchased in August 2022 and was totally renovated and updated at that time with new dining, living, bedroom and patio furniture. Also you will enjoy new lighting, accessories, appliances, and wall mounted smart TV’s in the living room and in all bedrooms.
This condo sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with patio access and a view that allows you to stay in bed and watch the morning sun rise over the ocean. Bedroom #2 is also furnished with a king-size bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twins. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom . Towels and bed linens are provided.and beds made up upon your arrival
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home, including: ice maker, drip coffee maker, microwave, large selection of pots and pans, dishes, crockpot, toaster and blender. There is a fully equipped wet bar in the living room for ease in entertaining. Our unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The One Ocean Place pool deck has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs with plenty of lounge chairs overlooking the ocean.
This is a family-owned condo. We have lived in the area for over 30 years and we take a lot of pride in its cleanliness and appearance. We are easily available with any questions or concerns to ensure that your vacation experience with us is worry-free. Beautiful condo with an absolutely stunning view! Surfside / Garden City is one of our favorite places to visit and this condo made the trip extra memorable! Sunrises and yoga on the expansive deck were amazing!

Excellent unit

Condo was clean and well equipped. Had a small problem connecting to internet, but John was excellent to work with and he solved the problem very quickly. Loved the corner unit with its expansive view up and down the beach. We were fortunate enough to be there during the “hunter’s” moon, and it was just gorgeous seeing it come up over the ocean. Very happy with the unit and will return.

Amazing Stay

We stayed in John & Maureen’s condo for 2 weeks. It was beautifully furnished and the amenities met all of our needs. All communications with the hosts were outstanding, housekeeping was immaculate and views were spectacular. We would not hesitate to book a return stay in this condo and hope to do so in the near future.

Beautiful condo!

Second year in this condo. It just feels like home to us! Tropical storm Debby tried to damper things but she’s good not win!! We had great family time in an ocean front condo! Views are amazing. Will be back for a third year!

Once again...impeccable!

If it could even be better than last year..but it was! Absolutely beautiful and the new touches are fantastic! I believe this is our 7th year staying in 501 and 2nd year since the renovation and to say we are now spoiled for good would be an understatement! My 17yo daughter literally broke down in tears when we drove away this year! Enjoy the Codenames game! See you soon!

Great Stay

My family really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and definitely set-up for a family group. We have stayed at this facility many times and have always enjoyed the location and the amenities. The owners were extremely responsive to our questions/requests. We have been coming to this area for many years and have stayed at various places. This is by far the nicest! It is spacious, beautifully decorated comfortable and spotless! ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUSLY

First and foremost, we have stayed at one ocean place every year for over a decade and specifically, 501 for the last 5+ years when it was listed with a local vacation realty service. When we were told it had been sold, we were crushed and I looked everywhere hoping to find it available for rent. Well...I found it, connected with Maureen and we just finished our stay. The renovation is spectacular! Blown away with this beauty and the attention to every detail from the granite countertops to the new appliances, to the beautiful new furniture and beautiful artwork. The bed (master bedroom is what I can attest to personally) gave me the best nights' sleep I've had in ages (thank you to those fantastic new blinds and amazing ceiling fans! We now want to order one!) Previously, 501 OOP had a fridge with no ice maker. That meant getting to the beach and immediately hopping back in the car to head to the store for ice at least. I had been communicating with Maureen ever since finding it on vrbo and enjoyed watching new pictures added as things were completed. She'd mentioned new appliances and I specifically asked if there would be an ice maker. Not only was there a beautiful new stainless steel fridge with ice maker, but she'd made sure there was an extra bin filled with ice and 2 full bags of ice in the freezer as well! Check in went seamlessly with all codes provided and clear instructions as did check out! We cannot wait to go back next year!

Amazing condo, million dollar view and wonderful owners

A beautiful condo with a million dollar view. The condo was very clean and cozy. The patio is so spacious and a dream place for a morning coffee. The lush carpet in the living room and bedrooms is such a nice touch that made it feel like home. The owners were so kind and responsive to any questions we had about the condo and the area. Garden City - Beautiful Property

This is our second time in this location but first at this condo on the beach. Wonderful view, outstanding location, and the hosts were easy to communication with (although not much was even needed but the couple times we reached out ahead of time they were very responsive and provided good local recommendations). They provided rentals for beach chairs and an umbrella which was helpful especially with having young children and not having to lug as much down to the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo!
