We offer a 24/7 On-Demand Concierge Service. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more.
PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
This is a residential area. We must be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and must be respected. Our home is equipped with Noise Aware Monitors inside and in the backyard to protect our neighbors. There is one Ring Camera at front door and one facing the driveway.
GUEST SCREENING:
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay.
HOUSE RULES:
This is a NON Smoking home.
No pets without prior approval. We do allow one dog with a $175 non refundable pet fee.
No cats allowed due to guest allergies.
Absolutely NO Parties or events
No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
There are 2 Smart TVS for all your apps, NO live TV
Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT may be required depending on what platform you book.
Per the city of Scottsdale, rental properties cannot occupy more than 6 adults and their dependent children at a time
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that governs the terms of the stay. No bookings will be approved without finishing this process. This is a State and City Law.
