Bring the whole family to this magical themed home with lots of room for fun! 4 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome located 20 minutes from Disney features a PRIVATE splash pool with Southern exposure. Outdoor area features comfortable seating, outdoor ceiling fan, pool, and loungers.

Home is within walking distance to the Oasis Clubhouse which features: a large resort swimming pool, lazy river, pool slide, tiki bar, movie theatre, game room, gym, restaurant, and more!

You will find a clean, sanitized, well-equipped home that has everything you need to enjoy a stay in the Orlando area!
We are a 20-minute drive to the Disney Gates and 35 minutes to Univeral Orlando. We are 45 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.

Close to lots of shopping and many restaurants!

Marvel-ups place to stay!

We had 8 people stay at the marvel manor for our spring break. 6 adults and 2 children (5 and 2). The property manger was quick with replies and helpful thought check in and check out processes My boys loved the Star Wars room with the Light up stars on the entire ceiling. The avengers room and living room/ dining room were so cool! I loved all the colors. My boys loved the pool with the basketball hoop! Check in for the gated community was very easy the guards working the gate were very kind. We really loved having access to the 2 club houses which had a lazy river, splash pads, arcade, movie theater, and big water slides that my 5 year old went down about 100 times! All in all we had a wonderful vacation which included Disney, legoland and peppa pig theme park, all an easy drive from our place! We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Our day jobs in education and psychiatry have given us a unique perspective on the importance of taking care of oneself and how to enjoy life. This is an amazing location! There is an on-site water park area with water slide, lazy river, and resort pool. There is also a Tiki bar, restaurant, movie theater, gym, game room, and more right on-site! We are located very close to all the area attractions and a short drive away from the beach. Our home is also very close to many restaurants and shopping!

Our home offers almost 2,000 square feet of clean, comfortable indoor living space in an inviting atmosphere that is the perfect place to call home as you explore the Orlando area. It's the perfect place to come back to after long days at the parks, golfing, and conferences. It's also the perfect place to relax for a staycation.

Smart television with cable channels and the ability to connect to Roku apps via your passwords (NETFLIX, HULU, HBO, etc...)

OUTDOOR SPACE
Soak up the Florida sun in loungers on your own private lanai. Splash pool goes up to 4ft deep with 3ft area as well for your enjoyment. Pool features a basketball hoop and balls. Please feel free to bring your own floatation devices if you desire. Comfortable seating area under covered lanai with an outdoor fan to help with the humidity and heat.
