As you drive through the gated entrance, you’ll be greeted by enchanting woods and an upscale home that promises a serene escape. Once inside, you'll find a functional floor plan that creates a welcoming atmosphere for family dinners and late-night conversations. With three bedrooms—two of which feature private ensuite bathrooms—Stockland comfortably accommodates your group. The third bathroom, centrally located, offers a bathtub, ensuring convenience for all. Each bedroom is outfitted with comfy beds, fine linens, and tasteful décor, providing a restful haven after a day of exploration. For families traveling with little ones, a Pack 'n Play is also available, adding extra convenience to your stay.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must sign the digital booking agreement prior to their stay.
1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.
2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze. When leaving in the summer season, change both thermostats to the AWAY setting.
3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.
4. Guest Responsibilities: The property is privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.
5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Parties are expressly prohibited.
6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.
7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in yard, neighborhood, and parks. Additional information located in pet addendum.
8. Parking: There is ample parking in front of the basketball court and driveway. Extra parking is available at the barn. Please do not park on the grass or curbs.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.
10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. The house is on a septic system. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Move grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch or soffit of the home; put it back in original position and clean it after each use. We have provided a pumice bar and grill brush to clean grill grate after use.
12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (1 in each bathroom) and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).
13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in dumpster per the City of Bryan/College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed.
14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.
15. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
16. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guest may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
17. Sporting: Guest will have access to the sports court. Guests will need to be respectful and careful with the equipment. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.
