Enjoy this “home away from home” in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms- 2 rooms are furnished with a queen bed and the master suite hosts a king size bed, 2 full bathrooms, 4 smart TVs and a full-size washer and dryer. There are also two full size air mattresses available for use.
The best part of your trip will be to end your day from the golf course, or after a day of riding the trails in the beautiful and tranquil backyard. Relax and enjoy the sunset under the covered patio. You can BBQ, enjoy your dinner on the patio set, relax by the gas fire pit, play corn hole, or watch a movie while you sit in your own private hot tub! During the warm days, enjoy the brand new heated pool. Large pool to enjoy with your family and friends to cool off when it’s hot out.
Mesquite has multiple golf courses just minutes away, ATV trails from outside the front door, mountain biking, hiking trails, or visit the casinos for a night out. *** it is $90 per day to heat the pool. Please notify us 24 hours prior to your stay if you would like the pool heated. There are 4 exterior security cameras located on the home. 1 covering the driveway/ front yard, 1 on the west side covering the gate and pool, 1 on the east side covering the side yard, 1 in the back yard covering the entire backyard and both doors into the home. These are for security of the home.

Golf Trip

We had an overall great stay at this vacation rental. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it was perfect for our group. The space was comfortable and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere. However, the reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 was a couple of minor issues. First, the BBQ didn't function as expected, which was a bit disappointing for our outdoor meals. Additionally, there was a shortage of toilet paper, which required us to make a quick trip to the store. Despite these small setbacks, we enjoyed our time and would consider staying here again.

Great house with everything you need. Hot tub was amazing. Master bathroom is incredible. Quiet neighborhood, edge of town but still close to everything. Highly recommend!

Boys Annual Golf Week

House was in a good location if you are looking to play some great golf courses. The price was reasonable. All three bedroom could use window blinds to block the morning sun. Hot tub was outdated and needs some repairs. Pool was great. I would recommend the house to others.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We went down during spring break for a golf tournament. The weather was a little chilly but the heated pool was still perfect for swimming. The hot tub melted away the sore muscles of our golf day. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

No better place

We have been 3 times to mesquite for golf and this is by far the best place to stay. The outdoor TV with fire pit, hot tub, and newly added pool make this feel like a true vacation. Highly recommend for future stays.

Lovely experience

Overall, we had a great experience at this house - the house is clearly new (built in the last few years) and it definitely feels like it. Very spacious - high ceilings, open floorplan. It was great for 3 adults - a nice big couch, plenty of rooms to spread out in. The outdoor patio was by far the best feature of this house including the amazing hot tub. I still give this place five stars but one thing that's hard to tell in the photos was that this house is on a corner and so one side of the backyard is right on the road. It's still quiet but it did bother my husband that the gate could be entered in via the road/sidewalk and there wasn't a way to lock the gate. Maybe an improvement for the future? The only other challenge we had was that when we arrived, all of the hand soap dispensers were about 1/8 of the way full and there were only 3 rolls of extra toilet paper between the two bathrooms. This meant we had to run to Walmart a couple times which is fine but when you're on vacation, the last thing you want to think about it getting more toiletries. ;) It would have been nice if the rental had realized that if they have someone staying for two full weeks, they should make sure the place has some of the basic necessities. All in all - we had a lovely time and would highly recommend this house!
