Stay in the Upper Penthouse chosen by writers and fighters. Extra high ceilings and panoramic windows give the top-floor suite at the MGM Signature a bird's-eye view of Top Golf's premier venue, Wet Republic, MGM Grand pools and Lazy River, and McCarran International Airport.

This 38th-floor Jacuzzi suite sits atop Tower 2. It is my secondary residence when in Vegas. As such, it is routinely checked and maintained. It meets my high standards. It will meet yours––or I'll make sure it does.

+ Suite includes a kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, electric stove, coffeemaker, and various accessories, eg, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, eating utensils, pots, teapot, etc.

+ You must be age 21 or older to reserve this suite.

+ Easy check-in process similar to hotel resorts. With ID and credit card, you receive your key cards at front desk of Tower 2. Proceed to Tower 2's 38th-floor (aka Upper Penthouse floor).

+ At check-in, MGM will put a hold on your credit card for an amount between $100 to $300 (depending on length of stay). This is for incidental purchases (e.g., room service, pay-per-view TV movies, spa, etc). Any unused credit is promptly returned to your credit card after you check out.

+ The MGM Signature is a smoke-free property with the exception of smoking sections near each lobby and the MGM Grand casino. Smoking or vaping in any suite will result in a $300 charge to the credit card on file.

+ The suite is cleaned to COVID-clean Airbnb standards before each reservation, but there is no daily housekeeping provided. If you want housekeeping to clean the suite during your stay, there is an additional charge.

+ FREE use of MGM washers and dryers for reservations of seven days or longer. Laundry room is located near the Tower 2 lobby, accessible by key card.

+ Check-in begins at 3 p.m. Pacific Time. Checkout is 11 a.m. Pacific Time.

+ MGM Grand Garden Arena is a five-minute walk using the air-conditioned indoor moving walkways.

+ Top Golf Las Vegas is a five-minute downhill walk on the well-lit outdoor path accessed by key card.

+ Wet Republic is a three-minute walk, adjacent to the MGM Grand Pool Complex.

+ T-Mobile Arena abuts New York-New York, which connects to the MGM Grand via pedestrian bridge. It's a 10- to 15-minute walk from the MGM pedestrian bridge.

+ Allegiant Stadium is less than 2 miles from MGM Signature, e.g., a 10-minute Uber/Lyft ride (est. $11) when using the taxi lot at the roundabout outside Tower 1.
Other things to note
The vast MGM Grand Pool complex, including its Lazy River, was reopened to MGM Signature guests on June 1, 2021
