Located on the seventh floor, this beach abode offers million-dollar views from an extensive Gulf-front balcony! Make good use of the electric grill available on the balcony and surprise your group with delicious grilled treats. The modern kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a glass-tile backsplash, and a Keurig coffee maker. The Gulf-front family room offers not only a queen sofa bed but also a 65-inch 4KUHD TV with a Blu-Ray player for your viewing pleasure. The dining room table seats eight, with three additional stools at the peninsula.
For your extra comfort, the Gulf-front main bedroom has a memory foam bed, a 50-inch 4KUHD TV, lamps with built-in plugs for your charging needs, and a bathroom with double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. The floor plan provides a spacious bedroom layout such that the bedrooms are not next to each other or across the hallway, providing extra privacy and noise reduction. The bunk room (which can also sleep adults) has sturdy custom built-in bunk beds with memory foam mattresses, a TV, a charging station, shiplap molding to the ceiling, and an adjacent full bathroom in the long private hallway. The private studio efficiency suite offers a memory foam bed, a 46” plasma TV, a private bathroom, a separate balcony with Gulf views, and a well-appointed kitchenette with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.

THINGS TO KNOW
Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy.
Two beach chairs with umbrella rental are provided for the 2022 season.
There is a full kitchen and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 7.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
