Lage - Die Wohnung befindet sich im historischen Teil des Stadtteils Eixample, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Tempels Sagrada Familia und des Einkaufszentrums Passeig de Gracia.

Transport - In der Nähe der U-Bahnstation Verdaguer (gelbe und blaue Linie) und mehrerer Buslinien. Sehr einfach mit dem Taxi zu erreichen.

Management - Wir sind ein kleines Familienunternehmen. Lauren kommt aus Dallas, TX und Fernando aus Barcelona, Spanien. Wir führen derzeit 20 Ferienwohnungen in Barcelona, 2 möblierte Häuser in Dallas und 7 Ferienwohnungen in Istanbul. Wir wenden in jedem Land die gleichen hohen Standards an.

Geräuschpegel - Die Fassadenfenster sind doppelt verglast, in zwei Schlafzimmern kann es jedoch zu Verkehr kommen. Die anderen drei Schlafzimmer sind sehr ruhig.

Belegung - Die Wohnung ist ideal für 5 Personen geeignet. Es kann bis zu 7 schlafen, aber nur wenn 1 von ihnen ein Kind ist.

Check-in und Check-out - Das Apartment ist ab 16:00 Uhr bezugsfertig. Sie können Ihr Gepäck fallen lassen und Ihre Schlüssel ab 12:00 Uhr abholen. Check-out bis 11:30 Uhr. Sie können einen reservierten frühen Check-in oder einen späten Check-out gegen eine geringe Gebühr anfordern, je nach Verfügbarkeit. Für den nächtlichen Check-in wird keine zusätzliche Gebühr erhoben.

Reservierungen - Wir führen Reservierungen per E-Mail durch, so dass alle Mitteilungen schriftlich festgehalten werden und viel weniger Fehler auftreten können. Wir können derzeit keine telefonischen Reservierungen entgegennehmen.

Best find in a great neighborhood!

We loved this VRBO! Great location, lots of room for our family of 5, close to metro, had everything we needed for a great stay. Noise from the street/ late night partiers was only noticeable one night. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stress free...easy all the way

Clear communication and instructions...loved having a key pad entry so we did not have to worry about keys and coming and going together ...Very clean spacious comfortable apartment ...warm and we loved the sun room/balcony. Little to cold to use the roof top terrance but we had a peep and it too is spacious and ideal for sunny warm evening drinks..A little splash of paint and colour would make the apartment even more wonderful..

The Grande Apartment

The layout was great for us. The apartment was spacious and accommodating for all 4 of us. It was easy access to everything we did. The rooms had plenty of storage and we had enough towels for everyone. Not having a physical key to worry about certainly was convenient as well. The staff was super helpful in making arrangements with us for dropping our bags off early and making sure that we had everything we needed. The only downfalls we had was the people upstairs were loud in the morning and for whatever reason some of us could connect to Wi-Fi on one side of the house and others only on the other side. We did enjoy our stay and we would stay here again.

spacious apartment in a central location.

The apartment is lovely and comfortable. Its in a great location making it very easy to get to a lovely restaurant or to sightsee. There was plenty of tea and coffee as well as shampoo provided. There is also a lovely roof top terrace which is a great place to watch the sunset. The apartment is in an old building and the sound proofing is terrible. That is not the fault of the owners its just the nature of the building. We'd recommend ear plugs for sleeping unless you are a heavy sleeper as the road is noisy, there is noise from the lift when it is used and from the bedrooms in the flat next door.

Excellent Apartment for Family Stay

Well-situated apartment with high ceilings, beautiful original floor tiles, good sized rooms. Gives you a good sense of what it’s like to live in a neighborhood as opposed to just a tourist - easy proximity to markets, bus lines, restaurants. Responsive hosts. Was perfect for our multigenerational stay!

Good location, spacing apartment, older building.

The apartment was very large, but the building and unit are "well worn" (it's an older building). There is a musty/moldy smell, but we noticed that around town. Smaller bathroom is very small (fine for one petson, but probably no more). Because it's an older building, you can't run the washing machine and dryer at the same time. The roof deck is beautiful. The location is very good. Important to know it mobility is an issue- the building has an elevator, but you have to go over a few inche threshold atbthe building doir and then up 10 stairs to the elevator (typical in an older European building).

Perfect location!

Perfect location- the only difficulty we had was: we arrived on a Sunday & early. We appreciated the hospitality and the ability to get our luggage in the apartment before we checked in. Would suggest letting people know where/when to put garbage out.

Bucket List Vacation

We had an amazing experience in Barcelona. The property is convenient to the metro, access to plenty of taxi’s, and public transportation. We were in Spain so my daughter could play Futsal with the USA team. She stayed in a hostel about 10 minutes away from the property. We enjoyed the location, the restaurants, the shopping, and the cafes around the property. Lauren, the owner, was very responsive to our emails. We inquired about the hot water which was posted in another review. After emailing her, we resolved the issue immediately. We enjoyed hot showers after a long day of exploring the city and watching some good Futsal matches. The terrace access is amazing! We plan on visiting Barcelona in the near future and we will be looking to rent again!

Un très bon emplacement pour visiter la ville

Le quartier est très agréable et central. Bus métro taxi tout est disponible très facilement. Les procédures d entrée dans les lieux sont très simples et c est vraiment très pratique de n avoir qu un code pour tous. L appartement a grand besoin d une réfection des sanitaires pour être agréable et confortable

Big apartment for family vacation

This apartment is big and spacious and is located very close to many restaurants and walking distance to Sagrada familia. The kitchen is, though small, but clean and have everything needed for making breakfast at home. We did miss a kitchen towel for drying the dishes that we didn't put in the machine, but that's just a small thing we noticed was missing. Two of the bedrooms are located out the street, and some nights it was a little noices from the bars downstairs. Other than that we noticed the hair dryer didn't have any heat, so it was cold air. Over all a nice stay, easy check in and check out procedure and we enjoyed the stay very much.

Excellent apartment in great location

Couldn’t have had a better time in Barcelona. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for all 7 of our guests. Our hosts were very accommodating and great communicators. It’s in a great location. One block from a metro station, walking distance from most of the biggest tourist spots in the city if that’s your thing, and a great selection of local restaurants and cafes too. Couldn’t recommend more

Early September stay with kids

This was a great property - centrally located and with lots of conveniences around. Property management was very quick to respond when we had any issues. I should add both issues were our own ignorance more than anything. I also noticed many people had commented on the noise factor, we went prepared with a sound machine as we travelled with our 6 month old, we did not end up using it even once.
