Cute Cottage in Organic Lemon/Avocado Orchard - Southern California Farm Stay

Stay in a cute stand-alone cottage surrounded by 20 acres of organic lemons and avocados. Go for long walks, enjoy avocado toast, make lemonade, eat oranges, grapefruit, and tangerines right off the tree. Breath in the fresh air, surrounded by palms, pines, and eucalyptus groves. Walk up the hill to take in the beautiful sunset on the rolling hills overlooking California farmland. Gated community. 1 hour to LA and SB. 30 minutes or less drive to many beaches.
The cottage is one large room (studio) of about 400 square feet of indoor space. But most of your time is going to be spent enjoying our 20 acre ranch and surrounding California countryside.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, sink, microwave, and kitchen island with seating area for two people. The main living area has a queen size bed, nightstands, a window bench, a spacious closet, two reclining chairs and a love seat. The outdoor terrace area has a dinning table with seating for 4 people. There is a playground right outside. Washer and dryer are right outside. Good size bathroom with a shower.
We know that people need to work remotely and high speed internet is a priority. We currently have 100Mbps service going to property and access point on the roof of the cottage.
Hosts live on the property and are available to answer questions or provide support as needed.
