Access to two booked spaces - The Main Home & Standalone Casita.

Open floorplan in the Main House with four separate bedrooms, one shared bath, and a huge Master Bath w/ clawfoot tub. Enjoy a group meal in the dining area or hang out in either of the two living areas. Walk out into the backyard to chill by the heated pool, throw some shrimp on the barbie, or soak in the sun. The private-access Casita in the back gives you two more sleeping areas, a full kitchen, and a bath.

The Space:
Welcome to your spacious central Tucson retreat great for the whole family (and then some)!

The Main House and Casita booked together combine for an incredibly spacious stay that sleeps 13! With 4 bedrooms in the main house, two living areas, a full chef's kitchen, and a huge Master Bath with a clawfoot tub, complete with a walk-in closet you won't be disappointed. Walk into the backyard to access the Casita containing four more sleeping spaces in a completely private, studio setting including its own full bathroom and kitchen. Relax with good company by cooking up at the outdoor grill or lounging by the heated pool. Enjoy the sunshine from multiple outdoor lounging areas yet be able to get to most areas of the city within 15 minutes or less.

Guest Access:
You'll have private access to the entire space, including the Main Home, detached Casita, and entire backyard, bbq, and pool area.

Great midtown location, convenient to everything!

Experience unparalleled convenience during the upcoming Tucson Gem & Mineral Show, taking place from February 8 - 11, 2024. This home is strategically located just 15 minutes away from the Tucson Convention Center, ensuring you're at the heart of the action.

Getting Around:
Uber, or Lyft to downtown quickly! Or there are plenty of roads to drive or even ride a bike. Plenty of parking in the front of the house or on-street parking as well.

Other Things to Note:
The fridge in the main home is not connected to a water line, so there is no filtered water or ice available. Tap water is completely safe to drink.

Pet fee and rules:

-80-pound limit (2 dog limit for the home)
-All dog poop left in backyard/front yard must be picked up, please! (We provide supplies for this!)
-$50 Flat fee for stays of 5 days or less
-$15 per day for stays longer than 5 days.

The pool can be heated for a fee:
-$200 for stays less than 10 days
-$400 for 10-20 day stays
-$600 for 20-30 days.

If this is availed, the pool temperature will be set to 85 degrees and will be on throughout the stay.

Interaction with Guests:
