Located in Silverthorne, this home enjoys close proximity to golfing, hiking trails, scenic parks and the Blue River Trail while skiing at 6 resorts is less than 30 minutes away, including Loveland, Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail or Copper Mountain!

The Space:
This incredible home strikes the perfect balance between work and play. Perfectly situated for just about any mountain adventure you can imagine, it also features everything you need to tackle remote work before hitting the slope or trails. Enjoy world class fly fishing on the Blue River as well as in the many nearby lakes and ponds, make the short, 10-minute drive to Lake Dillon and see a show at the Dillon Amphitheater or take in the scenic marina and, come winter, find yourself perfectly situated to hit the slopes at six different ski resorts.

From the moment you enter, you will be greeted in classic Colorado style with a replica of the iconic “Welcome to Colorado” sign hanging in the entryway. Make use of the convenient bench, boot tray and coat hooks that await here, unload your gear and make your way upstairs to the beautiful, open-concept living, kitchen and dining area.

Once upstairs, you will find yourself in the spacious living room, which boasts wood beam accents, luxurious leather furniture and abundant natural light. Settle into one of the two leather couches or the roomy leather armchair with an ottoman, switch on the lamps for some soft lighting and prepare to relax in front of the striking, stone fireplace or large flat-screen TV. A blanket basket nearby provides an opportunity for added coziness while end tables and a coffee table placed throughout the room make it easy to sip on a drink while you unwind.

Steps away, a large dining table with seating for six awaits as an ideal space for digging into a meal, setting up a game or tackling a puzzle. It’s also perfectly located off of the kitchen, living room and the fabulous outdoor deck, which features a propane BBQ grill, two patio chairs and a patio dining table with seating for four with gorgeous views. Back inside, the dining table is adjacent to the lovely kitchen, which provides seating for three more at the bar.

Full of high-end finishes, the stunning kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and abundant cabinet space. Stocked with everything you need to whip up a meal, prepare a favorite recipe and make yourself at home, including a blender, toaster, tea kettle and coffee maker. The close proximity between the kitchen and dining room makes it easy to take meals from stove to table while the open layout keeps you central to it all whether grabbing a snack or crafting your latest culinary creation.

A convenient half, powder bathroom is also located on this floor at the top of the stairs from the entrance and just off of the living room.

When you’re ready to tuck in for the evening, head upstairs where you will find the spacious master bedroom complete with a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, dresser, a flat-screen TV and a desk space with a monitor. Catch up on work, tuck into the cozy bed and unwind while watching a favorite show - you can do it all in this dreamy space. An en suite bathroom features a roomy walk-in closet, jetted jacuzzi bathtub, a walk-in shower with a modern glass door and a dual-sink vanity.

Next to the master suite, you will find a second gorgeous bedroom with a queen-size bed, nightstand, lamps, dresser and its own en suite bathroom. Bathed in natural light, you will love the tranquil views from this restful space, while the attached bathroom boasts a single-sink vanity, a shower/tub combo and its own walk-in closet.

Downstairs from the entrance, the ground floor can also be accessed from the garage. Here you will find more hooks and another boot tray for unloading your coats and outdoor gear as well as a dedicated laundry closet with a front-loading washer and dryer. A third bedroom found on this floor makes the most of its space with an efficient, XL twin-over-queen bunk bed, nightstand and lamp. It is next door to a third, full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo that is conveniently located for easy access from both the bedroom and as you enter the home from the garage. The garage has parking for one vehicle as well as ski racks and storage space for all of your outdoor gear.

The Neighborhood:
This home is a nature lover's dream with stunning mountain views and easy access to hiking trails, scenic parks and golfing at the nearby Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks. Pack a picnic and head to Trent Park, where you can make use of the tennis courts there or spend an afternoon fishing in the pond. At nearby North Pond Park, you can paddleboard in the summer and ice skate in the winter. If you're looking for more of a challenge, make your way to the Angler or Willowbrook Trailheads just minutes away and hit the hiking trail.

Stroll the picturesque Blue River Trail, grab a rod and fly fish the Blue River or spend the day shopping at the Outlets at Silverthorne. In addition to Silverthorne, the quaint mountain towns of Frisco and Dillon are also nearby, where you can find ample cafes, restaurants, breweries and shopping options. Dillon Reservoir and the shows at the Dillon Amphitheater are just 10 minutes away. You can also hit the slopes at six different ski resorts that are within 30 minutes: Keystone Ski Resort, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Vail. From this home, you can truly do it all!

Getting Around:
You are within an easy driving distance of just about everything from this charming home. A four-minute drive from both the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks and the Angler Trailhead, you are also only 18 minutes from both Keystone Ski Resort and Copper Mountain. Breckenridge and Vail are also a short, 30-minuted drive away, providing incredible locations for a day trip or ski excursion. You are also only six minutes from the Outlets at Silverthorne as well as the cafes, restaurants and breweries you can find there. The Summit Stage Free Bus is another option, with the Silverthorne Loop Route stopping at the nearby Willowbrook and Silverthorne Elementary stops just four minutes away. This FREE bus system connects you with all of Silverthorne and other nearby communities, including Frisco and Dillon. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Awesome Time

We were three adult couples and the home had everything we needed. We used the grill two nights and had great meals and conversation over the dining room table. Each couple had their own space and chat was perfect. The only thing we could have used was a sixth chair at the table. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We’ll do it again.

Really nice condo - but needs new towels & paper products

We were overall very happy with our stay. It is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood with gorgeous views. The master bedroom mattress & bedding were soooo comfortable! My daughters said their beds in the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms were also comfortable. We enjoyed the space of the condo with 6-8 of us. Loved just flipping a switch for the gas fireplace.The thermostats for the house were a little tricky to learn how to operate. Be ready for 3 flights of stairs at the 9000’ elevation, especially coming from home at sea level! We just took our time, as we did on the slopes at Breckenridge (my favorite), Keystone (runner up) & Vail (came in 3rd but that’s bc it was a bad weather day). Believe it not, the reason I gave it 4 stars is because the towels were sooo scratchy (heavily bleached) & the tissue & toilet paper were the cheapest option. For the price & how nice everything else about this rental was, it was really disappointing that these were the options. We had to contact the property manager about a couple of issues & they responded quickly. (I forgot to tell them about the black stuff that came out of the jacuzzi tub faucet-guess it doesn’t get used often.) We would consider staying here again if they upgraded the towels & paper products.
