This top-floor air conditioned unit comes with a 2 bedroom (king size beds), 1 queen & 1 twin sofa beds, 2 bathrooms (soaker tubs), walk-in shower, fully-equipped kitchen, large dining table, 55" smart tv, private decks, in-suite laundry and conveniently located right on Craig Bay - ocean front property. Seasonal water sports available, private Pickleball courts, indoor pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs! Perfect for a couples getaway, family gathering to just reconnect with nature and recharge!!! Many trails available right outside your door.

There is an on-site restaurant called Pacific Moon Rising Bar & Grill - west coast fusion - 250-468-0474 - check for a happy hour and other specials. And a full-service spa called Pacific Shores Wellness Spa - 250-468-2404 and there is also Pacific Motion Physiotherapy - 250-585-6633. There all located in the main building to the right as your drive in. Same building as the pool, hot tub and gym.

Lots of beautiful shops within a short drive away, several lakes, lots of hikes or just grab a beach chair and enjoy the quiet location just outside your door. Pacific Shores is a private resort and that means small numbers of people at your private beach. Explore the tidal pools with the family. Walk during low tide and explore what the Salish Sea has to offer.

I am always interested in snowbirds too during our winter months. So if this is something that interests you, please contact me anytime. Big discounts during my off-season and what a beautiful location to explore the Island and mild climate. Don't need all this space, lock the connecting door and just take the one bedroom. I am always here to work with your needs. Guests coming, just rent the B unit and open up the space back up to the two bedroom, two bathroom. Our cleaners come in take care of the cleaning, laundry and lock the connecting doors back up and you enjoy your unit with no stress.

There are lots of extra parking under the pickleball courts and also a gravel lot if you have an extra height vehicle as well.

Lovely condo and adjacent room

I would definitely stay here again. The property is lovely and just close enough to Parkville to be convenient, yet not in Resort Drive, which seemed busy. The air conditioning was a holiday saver! Worth the extra money as we were very comfortable. We enjoyed the lovely patio and well appointed kitchen. Teenagers enjoyed paddle boarding and the indoor pool. Host was very responsive to inquiries.

A wonderful piece of paradise

We had an amazing time here. The property has many thoughtful things that made our stay comfortable. The view and atmosphere are both stunning and relaxing. This property has air conditioning which was very appreciated. And the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The property owner was very responsive to our needs and extremely easy to get a hold of if needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pacific Shores. The suite was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were surprised when we walked in at how beautiful the view was and how bright the suite was. Communication with Kim was excellent. Our kids loved the outdoor pool and park as well as the indoor pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful getaway

We stayed for two nights and had a lovely time! When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious suite! Rarely is a place better in real life than in photos, but it certainly was the case this time with plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 kids. We didn’t get a chance to utilize all of the amenities on the property, but we did walk around to see them and used the pool area a couple of times during our short stay. We loved being so close to the ocean, it was lovely to walk down in the evening. The water is so peaceful. Will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to parksville!

Perfect Family Escape

My family of five-two adults and 3 kids ages 17,14, and 10-stayed there for two nights and one day when we never left the resort property. It was a perfect escape! The units had everything we needed for home cooked meals and comfort. Kim was very responsive and got back to us within a few minutes for any question. The balcony allowed a view over the creek, which was lovely. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the adults enjoyed the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Our youngest was happy to borrow a basketball and play on the grounds. Right behind the unit is a path. If you go left you quickly reach a BC receeation area, with trees and woods that get you to the beach on the other side of the creek. This beach can also be reached at low tide without walking the trail. To the right of the path leads you to a beautiful outlook point for Nanoose Bay. During low tide you can walk out on the beach pretty far and explore tidal pools and observe critters. The kids did this while the adults watched them abd idled in the gazebo with books and staring at the view. The true highlight was at night at this spot where we were treated to the most spectacular sunset I have ever seen, with swirls of deep blues, purples, and pinks over the water, mountains and trees. All told: Wonderful! Cautions: (1)You can only borrow a paddleboat or kayak within 2 hrs of high tide. We missed the early morning window and the office closed before the evening one (2) the unit takes a little while to cool down.

This property on Nanoose Bay, Vancouver Island, was perfect for us, 4 seniors. Hiking trails, paddleball, nice indoor pool and outdoor hot tubs. Apartment clean, bright and extremely well appointed. Close enough to restaurants and sand beaches. We would gladly stay here again.

A quiet getaway

My partner and I had a very nice stay renting Kim's place. It was quite quiet since we stayed immediately after school resumed. We used the suite as a base to explore the surrounding area, so cannot comment at all about the associated facilities, which I can only presume are very good. The rental itself is much like a small hotel room with an electric fireplace and added dishes. The only minor setback was the expectation to use the washroom for "kitchen" cleanup. In all, this this setup was perfect for our needs and is recommended.

Fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 58" smart tv with Apple TV, full-size laundry, private deck, queen sofa and gas fireplace. Adjoining B-Side Studio has a king size bed, ensuite (large soaker tub), twin sofa bed, 40" smart tv with Apple TV and coffee station that has plates, cutlery, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge and many more extras!

A nature lovers dream, Craig Creek Community Trail right outside the door - lots of birding in the estuary as well as hiking at your fingertips or just grab a drink and enjoy the sunset at the Rock Point with the gas fire tables. This ocean front location is perfect for a couples getaway or family looking to recharge and reconnect.

Add the full services of Pacific Shores Resort that is included in your fee and you'll have lots to do and explore! Indoor pool, whirlpool, and fitness facility. Please note that the pool is closed on Mondays for servicing.
