“Okay” stay
During the booking process I was lucky to get a reply back the same day from the host which was annoying. The day of check in, I got to security at the gate entrance and they did not have my name on the list, we then had to try to get ahold of the host which took over 40min and they made my family wait at the gate after a long travel day so we were off to a bad start we arrived at the property and the house as ready. Towels were in the dryer and not ready for us, toothpaste on the bathroom mirro, carpets not vacuumed. I did complain to the host and they said they would send a cleaner back which I denied. However when you see things like this, you head starts to wonder if the house was cleaned, did they wash the sheets etc etc. there was no hand soap, washing machine soap (they ask you to run the washer before you leave for bedding and towels) hard to do with no soap. The stroller in the photo was broken, so that was another annoying thing since we didn’t bring one because the listing said there was one, the pool was great but lots of weeds around the pool that could easily be cleaned up. We won’t be staying there again for the price vs the quality of the house.
