NEW LISTING!!! This 3 bedroom house, is great for the whole family or a group of friends. Enjoy your own private back patio with pool, spa, fire pit and dinning right on the golf course with mountain views located in the gated community of Indian Palms Country Club. Close access to golf course, club house, restaurant and bar. 5 minute drive to entrance of Polo Grounds. Great place to stay for Coachella, Stage Coach and festivals.
This stylish 3BR/3BA home comes with all the amenities you will need. All the beds feature exceptional bedding to ensure your stay is comfortable. The master bedroom includes a King size bed, a large bathroom, jacuzzi tub, shower, toilet with bidet and walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, standard size closet. The 3rd bedroom has a triple bunk bed (twin XL over full size bed and trendle). House sleeps 8 adults. Possibly 10 (home has 2 roll aways located in the garage for living room sleeping, $50 per person per day after 8 people). Separate laundry room as well.
The living room has ample seating along with a 75” smart TV. Basic cable is available, you can stream Netflix, hulu, paramount, etc with your account, don’t forget to sign out when checking out. Complimentary WIFI.
Pool table located in separate dining area for guests and corn hole located in the garage for use in the backyard or driveway.
The kitchen includes all amenities needed to make your favorite dishes, plenty of pots, pans, silverware, sharp knives, cutting board etc. Microwave, gas range/oven, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Large round 6 person dining table plus bar seating along the kitchen island.
The bathrooms include all amenities needed for your stay. Towels, make-up washcloths, toiletries, blow dryer we've got you covered.
Private backyard with mountain and golf course view, private salt water pool with water feature and jacuzzi tub. $100 extra to heat pool per night, jacuzzi heat no charge. There are beach towels provided for swimming pool and hot tub. There is an outdoor dining area, mini fridge with freezer, 2 chase lounge chairs, 6 chairs around gas fire pit and BBQ.
In addition available to you is multiple outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, 27 hole golf course, a fitness center, tennis, bocce ball and pickle ball courts, recreation center, Palms Terrace Restaurant and bar.

Stated for 9 nights for Indian Wells Tennis and the home was beautiful and host was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. I would definitely stay again.

Really nice, comfortable home and pool

My family and I had a great time, looking forward to returning. It's a beautiful home, beautiful pool, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The backyard and pool stood out when I walked my dogs because it's so festive compared to others.

Met Every Expectation

Biery Home met every expectation! The house is beautiful and in excellent condition. Our family enjoyed the pool/spa, as well as the pool table and arcade game. It was spotless, which made us feel at home. Additionally, it’s in a great location. The Indian Palms Country Club has all the amenities you can ask for and it’s five minutes from the polo grounds. To top it off, the host, Elisabeth, is very thoughtful and proactive with her communication. She clearly wanted us to have a great time, and she cared about our experience. We’ll definitely come back.

Wow! Literally perfect

This property is a gem! The owners were great communicators, and check-in was a breeze. They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The pool was fantastic, and the provided towels and floats were a wonderful bonus. My teen loved the pool and arcade tables. It's clear they care about their guests' comfort. We'll definitely be back for another week away!

Great Stay

Four of us stayed in this wonderful home for two weeks. Communication with Elisabeth was clear, friendly and timely. The location was perfect for our exploration of the Coachella Valley and Joshua Tree, when we weren't just enjoying the weather in the beautiful patio with the pool and mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen was great for us. Very highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again,

Great home, clean, open has everything you need for a great stay in palm spring. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. If in area will stay at home again. Close to soccer and polo fields and many good restaurants.

Awesome property and host!

Host was amazing! Communication was great. House was fully stocked with anything one would need. My husband loved the Nespresso machine. My sons were sad they didn't get time to go to the gym, but we all enjoyed the pool, billards table, and gaming table. Husband and I both appreciated the bbq and stocked kitchen.

Tremendous Experience

Had a wonderful weekend at this home. The house is clean with tremendous appliances and all you need during your stay. The host was particularly helpful and communicative- something I have not experienced with past VRBOs. Would absolutely recommended this to anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway or for a festival experience without the camping and heat!

Great property

The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was tastefully decorated and was clean. Had everything you would need in the kitchen! Just a lovely rental home. However the surrounding golf course needs some work. But overall was a nice home away from home.

BEAUTIFUL home and PERFECT location and FABULOUS host!

This home is fabulous! So clean, well appointed and in the perfect location! Elizabeth is so easy to work with - She is communicative, prompt, professional, kind, responsive - everything you want in a host! We had a great time! There were 4 of us and we had ample space! Our experience with the owner and the home overall exceeded expectations. It was just perfect! Clean, comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen including spices, condiments and small appliances. Lest we say, the hot tub was wonderful after a day of golf! We will return... Amazing home! We have stayed 30+years in hotels and VRBO’s, in Palm Desert and surrounding areas and this homeowner has gone above and beyond to make the stay the best of the best! Home is equipped with everything you could imagine for your stay and then some! Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Back yard is magnificent and view of golf course is stunning. Floor plan is perfect for families and friends! Communication with owner was top notch. We can’t wait to be back soon! Thank you so much!

Beautiful, Comfortable

I've rented numerous VRBO homes and this experience was the best. Owner was a great communicator. Beautiful and spacious home with everything you need supplied. Quiet neighborhood with good security. We never used the house pool, but enjoyed the hot tub and sitting in the sun on the patio. Group of morning Pickleball players that are friendly & invited us to join the social play. Community Pool is big, lots of chairs & heated. Comfy beds & pillows, My husband & I stayed with another couple & loved the split bedroom floor plan, primary bedroom separate from 2 guest rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Indio Stay

We’ve stayed in many VRBOS over the years. Our experience staying in this lovely home was the best though! First off, Elisabeth is the ultimate host. Very quick response to a few questions we had. The house itself, seems like she’s thought of everything. Very detail oriented Elisabeth is! The house is nicely decorated and attractive. Comfortable bed. Our pup approved walking the neighborhood, which is nice, clean, quiet and gated. I like to cook while away, & Elisabeth’s home has the kitchen for that, nice pots & pans, etc., even an air fryer. I even like her dishes & glasses. Good bbq too. It was just the two of us traveling and our small pup, but the house has a great layout and is perfect for families or small groups. The pool table is a fun touch! The outdoor area is fabulous! I love the pool, hot tub and fire pit. Unfortunately for us, it was chilly and windy most of the time, but we made the most of it anyway. We thank Elisabeth for her generous hospitality. We highly recommend her beautiful home and look forward to staying there again.
