Before proceeding to your unit, please obtain a Community Parking Pass from the Amelia Island Plantation Security Gate at 11 Beach Lagoon Rd. This pass must be displayed in your vehicle throughout your stay. If you have multiple vehicles, the Beachwood complex offers ample complimentary parking.

Deposit Information:
A $500 hold is placed on the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, provided no damage is reported.
Additional Fees:
Bookings exceeding 30 days may incur extra cleaning fees and an additional security deposit.
Refunds and Cancellations:
10% of the booking fee is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.
Cancellations made 61 days or more before the reservation date will receive a 90% refund.
Cancellations made 31-60 days before the reservation date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the reservation date are non-refundable.
