When temperatures rise in summer, the shared pool and hot tub will be calling your name for a quick dip or evening soak after a day of hiking on dramatic trails nearby. Plus, you can easily head into town to window shop or pop into the fantastic restaurants and pubs that make this mountain town so special.

When you find a bit of time to spend at home base, the fun doesn't have to stop with an open layout, high-end furnishings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and charming mountain decor throughout. Everyone will be easily entertained with streaming capabilities on the flatscreen TV and high-speed WiFi for sharing favorite memories on social media. When everyone builds up an appetite, the best meals are just waiting to be prepared in the full kitchen equipped with two coffee makers, beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, and modern cookware. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
