Single level home with no steps!
Main bedroom with an en suite
Three bedrooms & two bathrooms with a private pool in the backyard!
Pool is not heated. Propane grill for outdoor cooking, Screened in patio for enjoying the beautiful weather bug free, Steel tip darts for fun and competitive entertaining!
The dining room has seating for 6 people and the kitchen has an eat in high top table. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything you need to feel at home with granite counters and stainless steel appliances!

Sleeping arrangement for up to 8 guests (6 Adults maximum)
Main bedroom- 1 King
Second Bedroom - 1 Queen
Third Bedroom - 2 Twins
Air mattresses provided are 1 Queen & 1 Twin

Children ages 6 and older are allowed

Parking: Two small vehicles can fit in the garage & you’ll have two more spots on the driveway. No Street Parking.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 6am (HOA/noise sensitive neighbors, no parties or loud events)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
Creepy Crawly Pool cleaner must remain in the pool. If removed the system will overheat quickly and cause a meltdown.
No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available for your use.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.

Great family visit

Sisters & cousin trip was a success. House was clean. Plenty of room & well stocked. If you were going to be there & cook the kitchen did have some spices etc in case you forgot anything. They had lovely touches like shampoo & conditioner in both bathrooms & plenty of towels for all 5 of us plus for swimming if we wanted. The beds were VERY comfortable & we all slept great. Great stay!

3 weeks in AZ to get out of MN cold

The property is great. no complaints at all. Brandon was helpful in getting us going on the TV tech and anything else we needed. The location is great, close to parks, hiking, climbing, biking, shopping, dining out. we'll be back in 2025 for sure. Thanks to Brandon and his team (Deli).

Perfect Place

This place was perfect for my families needs for our vacation. Communication was excellent with the hosts. The home had everything a person would need on vacation. The location was in a perfect spot close to the highway as well as near food and grocery stores as well.

Just Like Home

The house is located in a great neighborhood that’s close to shopping,gas etc. We really enjoyed our week stay at this property. The private pool was very nice along with the outdoor space. Everything was setup very well with most things you’d need for your stay. Communication was great and the pictures don’t do the property justice. Thanks I’ll be back.

Nice Property

Clean & well set up property, close to restaurants & grocery store. Pool was a great bonus since temps were over a 100 degrees, perfect way to cool off after a hot day on the bike. Great communication with host. Would recommend.

Perfect place

We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location is perfectly located by great food options. The pool was a hit with the kiddo and safety mechanisms were in place for chemicals and pool access that our 2 year old could not access. The house was comfortable and clean!

Loved the house and the pool!

My son and granddaughter brought me to Arizona to visit another son who lives there. The house was perfect, anout 10 minutes away from my son. My sixteen year old granddaughter enjoyed the pool. We loved everything about the house. Lots of room. Thanks to Brandon and Laura for bringing new pool lounges after one broke!!

Summer Vibes

Just want thank the owners for the house was beautiful and very well accommodating. No issues with check in or check out. All instructions in the home manual were very well explained. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as my first time rental. Location was great lots of food places to choose from. Lake and river was close from the house. My family and I will definitely look to stay there again next time we visit family. Again I want to thank the owner for the hospitality and the quick response to out concerns and or questions we had.

Lovely home with quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful and well kept. Plenty of space within the home and the pool was refreshing on a hot summer day. The house is stocked with starter items. Very quiet neighborhood but near restaurants, shops, etc. Close to Phoenix and easy to maneuver to get to the city. I would definitely rent again if ever in this area!
