- BBQ Grill available, please BYO charcoal (has been removed from the amenities list and the house due to burn ban, read below)
- Gas fire pit available
- House is not fully fenced, the parking area near front door is open, but remaining area is fenced.
- There is no kettle or toaster at the house, this is not something we advertise.

Guest have full access to the house and hot tub area.
