This beautiful Mountain 3-story townhome's location and interiors make it the perfect Park City vacation home. Directly across from Park City-owned Open Space, you'll enjoy some of the best-unobstructed mountain views on lower Deer Valley Drive. Enjoy a private hot tub, heated underground parking, and a ski locker. If you don't want to rent a car, Park City's free bus stops directly outside the property. The heated courtyard walkways provide easy access to the garage elevator. For convenience, there's WIFI, high-speed internet, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dinnerware, and serving ware.

**LOCATION**
Easy walk to Main Street. We're exactly 8 minutes walk from Main Street. After a night out there is always the free bus back to the Greyhawk. We're almost exactly halfway between Deer Valley and Park City Mountain.

With no steep hills to navigate, and a stone's throw from world-class skiing, hiking, and mountain biking trails, this home's fabulous location makes it easy to get out and about to enjoy all that Park City offers.

**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
First Floor. Queen Bedroom and Bunk Room. Both bedrooms share a bathroom.
Second Floor. There's a spacious main level/living area adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs from the main level, so there's plenty of privacy. The condo is an end unit, with lots of windows on three sides. There is also a gas fireplace to enjoy after a long day of skiing.
Third Floor The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with a private bathroom

**GETTING AROUND**
The Park City free bus stops literally at the base of our stairs, which runs every five to seven minutes to either Deer Valley or Park City Mountain. If you do decide to drive, there is a spot in the underground garage so you'll never have to clear snow off the car before heading out. If you're not renting a car, taking an Uber from SLC is usually much less expensive than the typical shuttle operators.
