This place was beautifully decorated and recently renovated. They supplied everything we needed for our stay. The views were beautiful. Loved this place!

The apartment is wonderful - clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts had thought of every little detail. We loved the view and the convenient access to the beach. Hope to come back!

TV/ internet issue with Spectrum

To change to excellent: Condo is lovely and well supplied. HOWEVER from our arrival Sat. until 11am Wed. we were without cable, internet out for over 24 hours, and inconvenienced by 3 appts. We feel there should be some compensation to us as an 8 TV in home family. Very important

Nice quiet place to stay

Our overall review of the place is great. The beds were all more then comfortable and we slept very well. There were many amenities in the condo! We were short on washcloths and toilet paper by the end of the week. We were very happy with the starter coffee and creamer. Which got us through the first night.

Peaceful, lovely place to stay and enjoy the beach up close or from the lanai!!!!

My hubby and our two Corgi's stayed here for our Christmas holiday. It was our first time in South Padre and we absolutely LOVED this condo!!! We had the sliders open all day while we were home! SOOOO relaxing and beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous ocean air! The beds were comfy with nice linens! (We are picky about beds being to hard) The bathroom was beautiful and had all the little items you might forget! There are ample water bottle/insulated cups to use while there for your beverages. The fridge is large and was spotless! The televisions are fabulous and the living room tv is large with a soundbar! Much better than most VRBO's/hotels. Plenty of space to spread out between the table and kitchen island for games, puzzles, working etc. They even have a basket full of throws for snuggling under in the evening. Be aware: it is in the listing that there is no elevator, and since we brought dogs, our luggage and Christmas presents we had quite a few loads to get everything upstairs. I would have happily paid someone to unload our belongings once we got there...not sure if that can be arranged. If you want a peaceful and relaxing stay, even without leaving your room, this is the place! Close to lots of places to eat out and delightfully uncrowded during the week of Christmas! Absolute perfection!!

Amazing stay on the island

Lovely stay on South Padre Island

Loved the accommodations at the Ocean Outlook! Has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the view is beautiful. The only downside is no elevator for getting luggage to/from room. Highly recommend this condo and would stay there again!!

Summer 2024 Vacation

The space was super cozy and clean. The interior was even better in person and the atmosphere and views were amazing. We were prepared with everything we needed but the condo was extremely well supplied and equipped. Enjoyed playing the Connect 4 game that was included with the condo :) My partner and I loved our stay, wish we could have extended it but we would definitely come back again!

Great place… great time

Very nice condo with all the amenities. Just make sure you read the check in process thoroughly and it will be easy. I did not (my fault) so I stood outside the locked gate in the rain for a little longer than I would of liked ;-) Loved the location right off the beach and I would book this condo again.

Perfect, cozy place to stay

Our trip was a quick one. It was nice, quiet and relaxing. We have been to SPI many times and this was probably my favorite so far. The only thing I didn’t like was that there is no elevator and the condo is on the 3rd floor. Other than that it was perfect. The host thought of everything. I loved the kitchen and the table. My Son really enjoyed himself too. He liked the fact he was able to have his on room.

Fantastic Ocean View getaway

Impeccable attention to detail. Highly recommend this ocean view condo. The condo was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Entire unit was clean and nicely appointed. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was perfect in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a short stroll to the water and the pool is right in front of the building. Parking lot is directly across and very easy to access. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Condo

We had a wonderful time visiting South Padre and this condo was more than we could have asked for. We loved all of the modern upgrades and how comfortable it was to stay in. I worked remote during my stay and I couldn't get enough of sitting on the patio watching the waves while I worked. The quick access to the beach was perfect for morning and evening strolls along the beach.

Amazing Views, Amazing condo!

We stayed here during the last week of May. We love South Padre, and come here every year. The condo itself was amazing, with great views. Pros: great views, well stocked condo with even the little amenities you might forget such as, cooler, wagon or even a hair dryer. Easy and quick access to the beach. This condo has everything you needed with added convenience. Bluetooth chargers in every room, TVs in every room and extra toiletries and towels. The beds were also very comfortable. Things to know: this has much more to do with the condominium itself rather than the condo. The parking was across the street, and there is no elevator. So if you pack heavy, you will carry have to carry it up three flights of stairs. Last but not least, there is no washer and dryer in the unit, there is one on the second floor, bring quarters, ( $3.00 a load). All in all, it’s a great condo, with amazing views!y

Beautiful, but no elevator

The communication with the property owner was excellent, the condo is beautiful and well stocked. The view was the best and the location was great. However, we took our 81 year old mother for mother's day and she did not leave the condo the whole weekend because of her inability to get back up the 4 flights of stairs. If that information is in the description, I missed it.

Love at first sight!

The condo is immaculate, and beautifully decorated with so many beautiful details! You can tell the owners put a lot of love and thought into it. And you can’t beat the view of the ocean! I could’ve stayed in our entire stay there.

Beautiful Condo overlooking the beach

We had a three-night stay in mid-April. The unit was impeccable and lots of thought was given to what guests might need. Beautifully appointed and decorated. We loved turning the A/C off and open the doors. The sounds of the surf lulled us to sleep each night. We will be back!

Zu Gast bei KAY BOLEK (HOST) DAN BOLEK (CO-HOST)

We are Kay and Dan Bolek. We currently live in Austin, Texas, but Dan is originally from Chicago and I'm a Texan....born & raised. We've been married about 4 years, and Dan fell in love with South Padre Island from the very first time he experienced it. I'm actually a Valley Girl from the neighboring town of Weslaco, Tx. We started visiting so often, that we ended-up buying our own place here in SPI!

It was --LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT-- for us when we first walked into this place. Even though it needed quite a bit of TLC and some modern updates....we fell in LOVE with the ocean view!!!!
Now that it's become our very own MODERN BOHO beach house, we're excited to open our doors to invite you to share in all our joy, and help you make some of your own memories here.
