Two full bedrooms & baths located on opposite sides of the 1000sf+ condo that accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. Smart TVs in every room. The Village is a mile away great for dining, shopping and more. If there is enough snow, there is even a Ski-Back-Trail to the condo and Village!
The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, kettle, toaster, and more to make you feel right at home. The dining table has seating for 6 and an additional 4 seats can be found at the counter.
When it's time to call it a night, there are 2 bedrooms to choose from. Master bedroom has a King bed with a Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and Twin/Twin size bunk bed, great for the kids & smart TV as well! There is an additional shared bathroom with a stand-up shower.

We have one reserved 6'9'' high indoor parking spot available for your use. Additionally, outside parking is available on a first come basis for one more vehicle, with a maximum of two vehicles allowed per unit (one indoor and one outside). You must get a parking permit for all your vehicles from the HOA in building E during normal business hours (9am-5pm) - this is a requirement. If you have an electric vehicle, you will need to make arrangements for charging it elsewhere. There are NO EV chargers in this complex.
- - ATTENTION WINTER VACATIONERS!
4X4 vehicles and/or chains may be required to access Mammoth Lakes, when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. Please research the road conditions (HWY 395) on the Cal-Trans website. The condo is located on a sloped road. The road is plowed during snow season, but still, 4X4 vehicles and/or tire chains are highly recommended.
Please be prepared to travel in inclement weather, as the area may receive a large amount of snow, potentially affecting travel. We can ONLY re-schedule your reservation if roads will be closed to Mammoth Lakes. There is a strict cancellation policy.
- - ATTENTION EXTENUATING CORCUMSTANCES POLICY!
Travel insurance is recommended, especially in the case of travel disruptions (such as inclement weather, personal life interruptions, or illness). Please be prepared for winter conditions and travel in inclement weather to Mammoth Lakes, as the area may receive a large amount of snow, potentially affecting travel.
- - ABOUT MAMMOTH SKI AND RAQUEST COMPLEX:
Mammoth Ski and Racquet has numerous amenities for guests to use during their stay. There is 1 Free assigned covered parking and 1 first come first serve parking spot. A shared hot tub, sauna, and rec room are open all year round (subject to change without notice). The game room has a pool table and arcade game. The tennis court, pool, and BBQ stations are open during the summer only. Mammoth Lakes is a town in California's Sierra Nevada mountains.
