Outdoor pool now open! Designed with multiple families in mind and LOTS of space, our brand new home is just what you need for an awesome vacation! 3 levels all under 1 roof. Fully furnished and stocked with necessities, all you need is your suitcase and a few friends, to make lasting memories in a place we are so proud to have created in. Wake up to views of the lake, stroll the State Park Marina, or stay right near the home with paved access to a lakeside park with fire pits, seating areas & lake access, a shared recreational area, playground, pickle ball courts, INDOOR/OUTDOOR POOLS complete with splash pad and water slide only steps away. Located right next door to State Park Marina with fire pits, activities, and easy access to the shoreline, also featuring boat/wave runner rentals and overnight boat slips. Several boat launches within 1 mile. Minutes to Big Cedar & Top of the Rock, 1 mile to Table Rock Dam, 6 miles to the Branson Strip, 8.5 miles to Branson Landing, 9 miles to Silver Dollar City! It features an open kitchen dinning and living room with beautiful lake views on the main level. High speed internet and cable. TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom except the bunk room. 17 TOTAL BEDS! Main floor has a king bedroom and a bunk room that has 4 twins. Upper level has 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1 of those has a trundle with 2 twins to sleep the kiddos. The lower level has 1 Bunk room- sleeps 6 and 2 more king bedrooms, a second living room area and a game room area with shuffleboard, foosball and board games. BRAND NEW HOT TUB JUST ADDED! Our home has NO sofa sleepers and awesome water pressure! If you do not have reviews on the platform we will request a photo of your drivers license for security purposes. No pets and must be 25 or older to book.

Very nice house! Very clean and easy to get around. Love the location! I would recommend this house.

We had our Girls Basketball team there for 3 days. We had a great time in the pool, hot tub and lake.

Quick get away to Branson

Overall the property was very nice and it was a great stay. The only issue is that there are some books on the property that are very inappropriate for children.

Perfect Branson Large Group

We had 23 family members stay here. We had plenty of room. Every family had a bathroom. We had a girls bunkroom and a boys bunkroom. We were very pleased! The gameroom downstairs was great for the kids! Several adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Really a great place!!

Beautiful place to stay.

As friends gathered to retreat and spend time in Bible study and prayer, we found ourselves in a beautiful and spacious home. It was delightful. The view of the lake was amazing. I would highly recommend. There was plenty of space to gather as a group. And plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms to accommodate all of us.

Perfect family reunion spot

This property is perfect for large groups. It’s beautifully decorated, the kitchen has everything you need, and the location is wonderful. The view of the lake is peaceful, and it’s a short walk down a path to the actual lake. Nearly every bedroom has its own full bathroom, making it easy to shower all of our 12 kids and 10 adults after we came back from the lake/pool/long day outside. Bonus for families with small children: even though the decor was attractive, there were very few breakable items sitting around, allowing parents to let their kids play in peace. Highly recommend!

Very clean and well maintained home. Our large family group fit perfectly in this beautiful get away. Location was great for Branson activity, Table Rock lake boating, and a visit to Dogwood canyon. We will remember this property for our future trips to Branson!

Fantastic house!

We really enjoyed Cloud 9! The house was so spacious with lots of beds and we didn’t use them all. This house had one of the best lake views in the community. The house was just as pictured. The pool was great with the slide. Kids loved it. It’s a relatively small pool for as many houses as there are but we were lucky it was never too crowded. The indoor pool came in handy the one afternoon it rained. We loved the location to Branson… short drive to all our activities but located on the Table Rock Lake away from all the traffic. It was maybe a half mile to the Marina where we went on a great Catamaran adventure. We would definitely stay here again! Max was very helpful and responsive.

Great vacation property

The views were amazing. The property was clean and large enough for our entire family plus room for more if we needed. The only negative about the property is that the outdoor pool was closed for a few days due to algea, but everything else was great. They made sure to stock everything, we even had laundry detergent provided for us as well as body wash and hair care products. Our stay was amazing and I would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxed and joyfilled vacation experience.

Great House for Big Families

This house, by far, has been the best rental we have vacationed in with our family. The kitchen was very well stocked with all needed items. All beds were so very comfy. The location was close to all the activities we wanted to experience. We appreciated the little things….toys and teepee for “littles”, Tide pods for washing, and crossword puzzles. Foosball and indoor shuffleboard, kept the our older grandkids well entertained. The view from the balcony is beautiful and calming, the hot-tub relaxing. Yes, we would definitely go back and stay at Cloud 9!

Clean, Close to Everything, and Great Views

The house was very clean and spacious. We had four families vacationing together. There was plenty of games and things to do, every room had a TV and every room had a full bathroom. Real nice patio space to enjoy the views. It had a very much appreciated large capacity and fast washer and dryer! Max was very responsive and provided great information on check-in and check-out. Hey yall! My name is Max VanNostrand, I have been owning and managing rentals in Missouri since 2010. I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. but now I call Tampa, FL. home. Although I don't get to stay in one place too long, work keeps me busy traveling. I own and manage a Paintless Dent Removal company so I go where ever it hails! Which has taken me all over the country and I've been fortunate enough to see and experience some beautiful places! So that I can focus on work and instead of hiring a Property Management company, I wanted to keep it in the family with this listing and have asked that my sister, Jenna, take on this task. Growing up in St. Louis, my family and I would vacation to Branson anytime we could! I have so many wonderful memories of enjoying many aspects of the town and the fun activities around the area. I now visit my Branson home as often as possible and love to be able to share it with friends and family. Spending time there is so calming and relaxing, but also exciting, being able to explore everything Branson has to offer.
