Cheerful, highly themed pool villa-Windsor Hills

Our spacious vacation home is beautifully decorated and highly themed. Our two primary suites have subtle Disney touches, while our four highly themed rooms are great for younger travelers, or the young at heart!

Windsor Enchantment can accommodate up to 14 guests. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. There is a smart TV in every bedroom so bring your Netflix and Disney Plus logins for family movie night! The family room features a 65-inch TV equipped with cable. Don't forget to grab a selfie in front of our custom Spaceship Earth inspired wall in the family room!

Bedroom 1: Star Wars themed, 1 queen bed, 1st floor bedroom, cable, Sega Genesis Mini system (42 classic games such as Sonic!)

The Marvel themed game room has it all! The Multicade offers 60 arcade classics such as Mrs. Pac-Man, Galaga, and Donkey Kong for fun for the whole family. Looking for something modern? We've got an next generation XBOX Series X and a PlayStation 4 hooked up to a 55" TV with 2x gaming chairs! Bring your own games discs to use or log in with your personal account to download games and play online. Try your hand at our 2x sit-down racers, Hydro Thunder which offer head-to-head arcade action for 2 players! We also have a commercial grade air hockey and foosball table, 4-player Simpsons the Arcade game and digital Marvel pinball (10 Games)! You won't want to leave!

The spacious and fully screened lanai features a private spa and a pool. COMPLIMENTARY pool heat is included with your stay. Lounge by the pool on our comfy lounge chairs. Enjoy seating for 10 at the patio table underneath two brand new fans to keep you cool. A giant Connect Four game will keep the kids busy! Want to grill up some food? We offer a gas BBQ to use during your stay at no extra charge!

The Villa comes with these starter amenities: One roll toilet paper per bathroom, kitchen sponge, one roll paper towels, dish soap, & laundry pods. Additional items can be purchased at the nearby Wal-Mart or Target.

This property is well maintained and cleaned. Property owners are responsive and involved.

We strive to make your vacation experience a fantastic one! While the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, it does not have condiments or other food items.

No smoking or vaping in the home or pool area. No parties allowed at property. Three cars allowed per HOA rules. No street park and no blocking the sidewalk. Property is equipped with three cameras outside the home for security.

Reservation is not complete until rental agreement is signed and a valid government issued photo ID is provided for every car. Names of all guests over 18 must also be provided. This must be done within 48 hours of booking. A $450 security deposit hold is required.

Pet fee of $250 for the entire stay – limit two. This fee covers the extra cleaning of the house, it does not cover damage done by the pet.
