Left a little to be desired
The location of the house is good and was centrally located ; however, the overall condition of the inside of the house is poor. The cleanliness alone - the fans were dusty, the towels are threadbare and there are no frills/amenities inside. Very little to no decor and all of the furniture looks to be IKEA quality. The outside is in very poor condition and offers very little to appreciate. It's one of, if not the poorest looking house on the block. The grass is dead, there are huge weeds in the front planters, and the back is the same. The patio furniture is basic and cushions are dirty. The beds are okay, but note that if you're not a memory foam fan - we are not - all 3 mattresses are memory foam. The sleep really warm as memory foam doesn't breathe well. Even when the temp in the house was 64, it's uncomfortably hot in the bed. There were lightbulbs out in every ceiling fan and chandelier - I had to take care of them myself. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need but it all is very "rental". There are mismatched dishes and random silverware. Bottom line for us is that we would never stay there again, especially at the price that we paid.
