Die Kombination aus Lage, Komfort und Luxus ist schwer zu Spiel. Wir befinden uns im Carlsbad Village. Die Lage ist wahre Perfektion mit so vielen tollen Restaurants und Geschäften. 1 Block vom Strand entfernt, der auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Hier beginnen sowohl die obere als auch die untere Strandpromenade und es gibt eine schöne Auffahrt, Strandbadezimmer und in den Sommermonaten einen bemannten Rettungsschwimmerturm.

Neu erbaut und möbliert, ist dies eine der schönsten Wohnungen in Carlsbad und entspricht einem 5-Sterne-Luxushotel, aber mit 2900 Quadratmetern, einer Gourmetküche, 4 großen Schlafzimmern, einer sicheren privaten Garage für 2 Autos und einem Master mit Meerblick unglaubliche Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den schönen Pazifik und Carlsbad Village. Keine Notwendigkeit zu fahren ... zu Fuß erkunden, wie es ist nahe genug zu kommen und gehen den ganzen Tag vom Strand und Dorf, wenn Sie Ihre eigene Sache oder in einer Gruppe zu tun.

Die Master Suite ist in der Nähe von 800 Quadratmetern mit einem großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ist nach Westen zum Meer mit einem herrlichen Brise und einem kleinen Blick auf das Meer. Great location!

This rental worked very well for us. It’s a great location for walks to the beach, shopping or restaurants. All was clean, well stocked and in good working order. It was just the two of us but the home is huge and seems well suited families. Would consider staying again on our next trip to Carlsbad.

Great location with easy walking distances to the beach, eateries and bars. Many golf courses within close driving proximity. Fantastic condo center of Carlsbad!

Wonderful condo - roomy and well maintained. Host was easy to communicate with. Loved all the amenities, and easy walking to State Street with so many restaurants (and Handel's ice cream!). Would absolutely stay there again.

Great location and everything you need!

This condo had everything our family of eight needed. Lots of beach toys, beach towels, wagon, umbrellas. The kitchen was well stocked, and the host did not skimp on paper towels, toilet paper, etc. It was very roomy and the king size beds were very comfortable. It was quiet, but very close to the beach and also downtown. We walked everywhere, which we loved. We’ve already made a reservation for next year!

Excellent location for family reunion!

The property was so perfect for our gathering! There was plenty of room in the spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Everything was so clean and comfy. The hostess was welcoming in her communication with me before and during our stay. She was easy to contact and wanted everything to be perfect for us. Laundry detergent, bathroom soap and paper products were supplied as well as many misc dishes, pots and pans and kitchen utensils. It was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops.

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. The kitchen/living area could not have been better. Big table for meals and playing cards, etc. Should give a warning for those who need to know, there are stairs, steps. The bedroom on first floor worked grat for my brother who cannot do steps. Beautiful lodging. Everyone loved it!

Amazing place

We loved this property. It is very spacious in the main dining room/kitchen and accommodating. The garage fits two SUVs very easy and they offered a bunch of useful beach gear like chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards. Checking in with Kimmy was super easy and she was helpful, even when I had a simple question at 10p. She responded very quickly and was accommodating. A true 5star rating IMO. Thanks Kimmy!!

Great place for families

We recently stayed at the condo and had a great time. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The location is convenient to local shops and the beach and little items like a wagon and beach toys and chairs really make you feel at home. The manager is great as well .He really goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. He really is the best ! The only drawbacks to the home are the couches in the great room are in need of replacing as lots of good times have worn the springs down quite a bit, and I do believe the cleaning required for check out is a bit excessive. I stay in quite a bit of vacation rentals and while taking out the trash and loading any dishes is customary, stripping all of the beds , and washing towels is a bit much since you are paying a pretty hefty cleaning fee. Its especailly inconvenient when you have an early morning flight as we did and have to do all of these time consuming things the morning of your departure. Overall, though it is still a great home and I would highly recommend it for families.

Girls Reunion

We are a group of high school girl friends that get together once a year and this year we chose Carlsbad Village for our getaway. This was the perfect location and the perfect rental property. There were seven of us staying in the condo and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The common areas provided the perfect place to gather and eat, drink, talk, and play cards. While, the four bedrooms and three baths allowed us to have our own space to sleep and get ready for the day's activities. The location is perfect - an easy stroll to the beach, the village and the train station. The trains running through the village can be heard but were not a major distraction. We took the train to San Diego and would definitely recommend doing that. It was very nice to have our own two car garage for parking. I have never rented a condo that was so well stocked with paper products, hand soap, dish washer soap, laundry supplies, etc. Our only disappointment was in the worn out areas of the beautiful sectional couch and the fact that the ice maker wasn't working. Cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful destination Carlsbad Village is and what a great condo this is in which to stay. And a special thanks to Michael and John for making the rental arrangements so easy and always being available to answer questions.

Beautiful accommodations in a prime location

We really enjoyed staying here! Great location to walk to restaurants and the beach just 3 blocks away. Easy to get in and out of the garage. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, beach toys for the kids. Perfect set up for entertaining and cooking in the main level of the house. It really is a beautiful, well-laid out place. All rooms had king-sized beds which was really a treat for all! We're from Seattle so my only recommendation would be a new coffee maker or Keurig machine but this was a minor thing as Starbucks is only a few blocks away.

Hi! We've lived in Carlsbad for 30 years now. If you've never traveled here... you're going to LOVE it. My Husband and I stay active with all that the coastal lifestyle has to offer. We cherish the coast and our village. There is so much to do...whether it's biking, walking, running, surfing, biking, swimming or building sand castles we all have different interests along with others we enjoy as a family.

Originally in California beginning in the 1950's we feel Carlsbad and specifically Carlsbad Village is the nicest beach town along the entire Coast line, primarily because of the beautiful year round weather, very close access to the Oceans and our miles of amazing sandy beaches, good surfing and the large variety of shops and restaurants that Carlsbad Village has to offer. It has everything we've ever hoped for in a coastal community...we absolutely love it here.

the combination of location, convenience and luxury is hard to beat. Were located in Carlsbad Village 1 short block to the main Village area with many different restaurants and shops and a little over a block from the beach posted in the pictures, which is where both the upper and lower beach boardwalks begin and there's a nice access ramp, beach bathrooms and also a manned lifeguard tower in the summer months. Newly constructed and furnished, this is one of the nicest condos in Carlsbad and consistent with a 5 star luxury hotel with 3000 square feet, a gourmet kitchen, a secure private 2 car garage and an ocean facing master with cute roof deck that looks to the beautiful pacific ocean and downtown Carlsbad Village. No need to drive...walk everywhere as it's close enough to come and go from the beach and Village all day when you want to do your own thing or in a group.
