Summary:
Bring the whole family to this gorgeous place with lots of room for fun and rest with comfort. Awesome location, close by Metropolis Metrotown Mall right in the heart of Burnaby. Our place offer a very modern, bright, uplifting and all of that with comfort and coziness making you fell at home away from home.

The suite is situated in a very large lot with ample parking. We are centrally located to parks, schools, shopping and minutes away from skytrain transit.

The Space:
The suite is upstairs on the top floor so guest must walk up a flight of stairs to get to the suite. Although the house is old, as soon as you walk in, guest will be welcomed to a newly renovated, freshly painted, and newly furnished suite. Almost everything is new inside accept the stove.

Guest Access:
All guests have exclusive access to the accommodation they booked.

The lot is large enough to have privacy from the neighbors.

Each new guest will have an access code to enter the house which is only valid during your stay.

If you are entering from the back entrance that has a barn door, please make sure to close it every time you enter and leave.

The Neighborhood:
The area is a quite residential area yet close proximity to good local restaurants and shopping.

Enjoy shopping at the large mall in British Columbia, Metrotown Metropolis. Dine at any of the fine international restaurants on Kingsway. Central Park is minutes away and skytrain is a 15 minute walk

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is available along with taxi and transit.

Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

2. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.

3. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

4. If you are entering from the back entrance that has a barn door, please make sure to close it every time you enter and leave.

5. Support the local restaurants and coffee shops and include a friendly smile.

Extra Service information details:


1. Early Check-In:

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.

2. Late Check-Out:


Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).

3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:


We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM

The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.

We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.

Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
