House Rules
1) Smoking is only allowed at the outside area (balconies & rooftop). There will be $200 fine per day for smoking inside.
We have the rights to charge an extra cleaning fee for smoking inside the house.

2) NO PARTIES ALLOWED
Also be aware that music can't be played in the patio after 10 PM, otherwise neighbors could contact the police.
For bigger events contact host.

3) Garbage – Trash must be disposed properly in trash bags and taken to the trash bins that are outside the garage.
Please take the trash bins out for Truck pick-up every Monday and Thursday (the bins must be at the end of the parking rails next to the street).
We recommend taking the bins out the night before because the truck might pass early in the morning.
There will be a $150 fine if you do not follow these instructions.

4) Visitors and/or other guest that are not staying at the property, are required to be pre-approved by us, and must leave the property before 10pm every night.

5) Check out is at 11AM (+15mins after checkout time will incur a charge $50usd; & +2hrs after checkout time will incur on a charge for an extra day. This doesn’t give you the right to stay longer.

6) We have the right to charge you an extra cleaning fee for leaving the property dirtier than a regular stay (stains in the floor, dirty dishes, leaving trash in the house behind, strange smells, etc.)

7) We have the right to charge you for new Beddings, Towels (stained, dirty and/or turn up missing), as well as any major damages caused to the unit.
By not following the house rules we have the right to cancel the reservation without any refund; saying this we have the right to request all guests to leave the property. BE AWARE THAT BY NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES FINES WILL BE APPLIED.

With a privileged location as it is located in the heart MIMO District, so bus, or cars are very easily accessible. Parking is internal, covered and free.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED OTHERWISE NEIGHBORS WILL CALL THE POLICE FOR SURE AND 500 USD FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

NO CUPS, ALCOHOL, OR CIGARRETE BUDS CAN BE THROWN OR LEFT IN THE ROOFTOP NOR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE- IF SO COMPLETE DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE RESERVATION.

CARS ONLY ALLOWED TO PARK IN THE GARAGE ASSIGNED TO THE UNIT

COMPLETE DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN IF THESE RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED.

Also be aware that music CANT be played in the rooftop after 10 PM, otherwise neighbors WILL contact the police and COMPLETE DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN.

NO LOUD MUSIC CAN BE PLAYED.
