Diese Dachgeschoss-Einheit verfügt über eine fantastische Aussicht auf Terry Cove und dem Perdido Pass. Der Balkon ist ein großartiger Ort, um die frische Meeresluft zu fühlen, und genießen Sie die atemberaubenden Sonnenauf- und Untergänge. Die Aussicht ist großartig in der Tageszeit und noch mehr spektakulär in der Nacht mit all den Hafen / in Lichter.

Unsere schöne renovierte 3 Schlafzimmer 3 Bad Gerät verfügt über raumhohe Fenster und Fliesen im gesamten. Diese Wohnung verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, mit Jacuzzi-Wanne, separater Dusche und Schiebetüren zum Balkon. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett und ein separates Bad. Schlafzimmer 3 verfügt über 2 Doppelbetten und ein separates Bad. Die Küche ist komplett mit Koch-, Ess- Utensilien und Geschirr ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Bar mit Weinkühler und Sie können mit Ihrem Laptop via WLAN anmelden, wenn Sie es wünschen.

Die Kinder werden die Wasserrutsche lieben und jeder wird schwimmend auf dem genießen "Lazy River". Es gibt 2 Außenpools und Kinderbecken für die Kleinsten. Innerhalb Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein beheizter Pool, Whirlpools, Sauna und Fitnessraum. Tennisplätze und ein Putting Green sind ebenfalls auf dem Gelände.

Für die Fischer, gibt es eine Bootsanlegestelle, Fisch Reinigungsstation und Boot rutscht können gemietet werden. In der Nähe finden Sie Freizeitparks zu finden und Delfinbesichtigungsschifffahrten für die Kinder, Hochseefischen und erstklassigen Golfplätzen für Vati, Shopping in der einzigartigen lokalen Geschäften oder dem Outlet-Center in Foley für Mama, und natürlich die Meilen und Meilen von Zucker weiße Sandstrände alles wartet auf Sie. Overall beautiful condo

We stay at POB nearly every year and this is the nicest decor we have seen thus far. The biggest downfall was the major technical difficulties in its the televisions. It was far too complicated to get the receivers to work with one bedroom that would not turn on at all. Figuring out certain light switches were on for the tvs to work was a pain, as well as following specific instructions for the remotes in order for the receivers to connect. Also, the balcony electric outlet did not work at all but that was minor for us. Ultimately, we would definitely recommend renting this unit.

Great Family Vacation!

Condo was perfect for our group of 8. View of the pool and bay from the balcony was amazing! We always love Phoenix on the Bay, and this condo is now one of our favorites!

Great place to stay!

The stay was wonderful. A few issues but nothing that disturbed our experience and the owner was great in getting them handled! Wish the outdoor pools were heated but the inside pools were, so the little ones were happy! The view is amazing, people were great, spacious, the charcoal grills were nice! Great stay and would stay again!! Recommended!

Excellent host

Our host Joanna was very kind and communicative during our stay. There was an issue with the air conditioning and she immediately called the service company and checked in with me multiple times. The view from the condo is perfect and the beds are nice and comfy. Phoenix on the Bay is a great place for families and a little more low key than the bigger resorts. We had a great stay.

Had a great time

We had a great time in Joanna's condo, and as always at Phoenix on the Bay. Just a couple of minor issues. 1. Checkin time was for 3pm but when we got there at 3pm, the cleaning lady was still there mopping, so we had to wait outside for 20 minutes for her to finish and then had to bring all our stuff in on wet floors. 2. Also for some reason, the cleaning lady way over exaggerated the number of kids/adults we had with us, which made Joanna question our group. Both of these little issues were not the fault of Joanna and after we communicated on the correct info, everything was fine. The condo is really nice, well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. I also liked the fact that there was a large table that seats 6 on the balcony. So this was another great stay at POB. Thanks Joanna also for a great time at your condo!!

Great girls trip!!!

Great condo and fully furnished with everything you need. Some love playing cards and some love the lazy River so it the best for all. This was our second time to stay in this condo and planning on next trip for Aug already!!!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great stay! We love Phoenix on the Bay and stay there every year. This was the first year for us to stay in this condo, and it was perfect. It is so spacious and, being on the top floor, it is so quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome Family Friendly Condo & Incredible Owner

We could not have asked for a better owner & Condo. The whole family enjoyed the lazy river, water slide, & hot tubs. Great location on the bay with plenty of incredible local restaurants nearby, also only a few minutes from the beach. We will definitely be renting from Joanna in the future. She answered all of our questions with a very quick response, again flawless vacation from start to finish.

Best Condo We’ve Rented Yet!

We decided the night before to take a vacation, Manager for Brett Robinson condo wouldn’t Email back but Ms. Joanna responded right away and answered all my questions thoroughly. The condo was perfect, just like a home away from home! She has throw pillows and blankets on the back of the couch when you get chilly. Games and books for evening entertainment. Lamps around the condo so you can read or sew. The outside furniture is comfy With cushions and pillows and also a couple tables so you can eat outside. Ms Joanna is great! She checked on us to assure everything was In order. We’ve rented condos for years at Phoenix on the Bay and this one is by far the best.

This property is fantastic! The Living room, porch, dining room, bedrooms, and bathrooms are very spacious! Of course our favorite part was the lazy river. The condo owners were extremely friendly and we hope to come back next July.

POB is a wonderful place to stay

POB is a wonderful place to stay. This unit is located on the West side of the complex and is situated such that the balcony view shows the western half of Terry Cove all the way to Perdido Pass and out into the Gulf. Beautiful!!! The unit is spacious, well furnished, and well maintained. I recommend it and would stay again.

Girls Get-away

My girlfriends and I had a great time lazing in the lazy river, and sitting in the pool area. Not enough tubes at the pool, but the condo we rented had some to borrow. The condo had all the space and supplies that we needed to survive the weekend. The mattresses need to be replaced, as they dip in the middle, and I rolled Everytime my bed mate moved. Hoping to go back with the family for vacation.
