The banquette seating with comfy cushions and throw pillows seats 8-10 for dining, a bar cabinet is located next to the banquette. There is a Dutch door that leads to the side yard with a standing gas bbq. There is a half bath located in the front queen bedroom; a full bath down the hall next to a king bedroom, and adjacent to the stacking Bosch washer and dryer. The king, primary bedroom and bath, boasts french doors leading onto a deck with private, fenced-in back yard patio garden, and a 55” Samsung wall mounted tv.

BEACH BLANKET BUNGALOW is located on the east end of Carmel-by-the-Sea and adjacent to Ocean Avenue on Guadalupe Street between 2nd and 3rd (two houses from 3rd on the NE side of Guadalupe Street). The VRBO location site is sometimes inaccurate, so it's best to refer to a Carmel map to verify the home's location). It is an easy four block walk to downtown Carmel and it’s famed restaurants and shops and a ten block walk to the beach along the charming streets of Carmel. The Forest Hill Park is just 4 blocks from BEACH BLANKET BUNGALOW, has a playground with basketball half-court, and public tennis courts.

Your home away from home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, and we expect our guests to respect the neighborhood as well. Absolutely NO smoking or parties are allowed or loud outdoor music after 10:00 pm. Only the contracted guest may bring a pre-approved pet to stay at the house. Other visitors may not bring their pet(s) to stay. NOTE: 30 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL.
