Welcome to “Modern Serenity by the Creek” – a modern cabin in the heart of Hochatown with a creek, playset, and shuffleboard for guests to enjoy! The cabin is only 10 min from the Marina and few minutes from restaurants, breweries, and wineries. Large front driveway can accommodate a small boat for fishing. Please note that creek levels will fluctuate depending on rainfall.

$150 pet fee per stay for up to 2 pets. $50/night for each additional pet. PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON ALL THE FURNITURE, VIOLATORS WILL BE PAYING A PENALTY.

The outdoor space is a true haven for fun and relaxation.

A short walk down the path from the back deck leads to an inviting outdoor fire pit, surrounded by plenty of chairs for your entire group to gather around and enjoy. We've nestled a daybed swing beneath the tall trees that overlooks a seasonal creek-enjoy a cup of coffee and you may see a deer or two!

Nestled on 1 acre and set back 100 yards off the road, Modern Serenity by the Creek cabin offers privacy, providing the perfect private getaway. The spacious lot makes it convenient for guests with boats or ATVs.
