Welcome to Black Oak Lakefront Retreat. We are located at 30764 Black Oak Drive, Rocky Mount MO 65072. Access the property using the driveway for 30762 to park closer. Google maps brings you right to the front door. One level living in a four bedroom home on the 5mm of the North Shore of the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks!!

One well dock with swim platform!! 2 person Kayak and swim mat for your entertainment. Room for 12 to sleep comfortably (4 beds and two pullout sofas). High speed internet and a Smart TV in every bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen and gas grill make cooking for your group a breeze. Close-by restaurants include The Lake House Cafe, Big Ry's Pizzeria, and The Traffic Jam Pub & Grill. Pizza from Northshore Shopping Center (Rocky Mount gas station) is a favorite of ours as well (pickup only). By water you will find Jolly Roger's, H. Toad's, Shady Gator's, and Docknockers Beach Bar & Grill within a few miles of the house. Also check out Franky and Louie's, NEON TACO at the dam, and Coconuts by boat.

Mini-golf, go-carts, parasailing, helicopter rides and shopping are also not far from this property.

Great location

The location was absolutely perfect. There was not a lot of traffic on the water which made it perfect for swimming off the dock. The entire property was clean and had plenty to accommodate our large group.

Outstanding place!

We absolutely loved this house. Right on the lake with plenty of water front, clean nice bedrooms and bathrooms, awesome deck and the place is big and immaculate. Highly recommend, especially if you have multiple families.

Amazing weekend!

We all came together at this beautiful lake house! Owner was very helpful with any and all of questions. Very quick to respond as well. House was beautiful, clean and had so much room for all of us. We will definitely rebook for next year!!

Lake home with beautiful view and amenities

Row of floor to ceiling windows and deck offered great views of the lake. Bedrooms and pullout couches provided plenty of sleeping space. We brought baby items. Large dining room with extra chairs accommodated our family of 11. Private dock. We plan to return!

Family vacation 2023

We loved the location and was great for a family vacation. Plenty of room for the whole family. The host was amazing and even left us a welcome drink in the fridge. When I had a question she replied immediately. I will definitely book again.

Family Celebration

Very nice place and exactly as described. Plenty of space for 12. Dock was great and large. Held 10 or more of us at one time. Great to have the kayak, noodles and life jackets available. Plenty of outdoor seating. Owners were very communicative and helpful the one time we needed something. Highly recommend this property.

Nice weekend on the Lake

The lake house was plenty big for our two families (11 people). The kids enjoyed playing on the Lily pad and using the kayak. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions we had. They made sure we had everything we needed for our stay to be great. Would stay there again
