Whether you're planning a girls' trip, a boys' fishing weekend, or a family reunion where the kids run wild and the adults finally get to relax, this cabin has room for up to 10 people and all the comforts you crave. Set on 3 acres of land, you’ll find a fire pit for toasting marshmallows, a hot tub to soak away the day’s adventures, and a basketball court for when you want to pretend you're athletes (or just burn off that delicious dinner). Spend your days exploring lakes, hiking trails, wineries, breweries, and local eateries, then end your evenings stargazing or hanging out around the fire. It’s the perfect spot for those looking for all the fun and amenities of a getaway, without the high price tag of a shiny new cabin!

Outside Fun for Everyone (Young and Young at Heart)
You’ll find plenty to keep everyone entertained right outside the cabin. Whether you’re looking to channel your inner NBA star or just ride around on scooters, the fantastic half-court basketball setup is calling your name. Little ones (or big kids) under 12 will love the swing set and climbing dome, and if you’re in the mood for a more laid-back competition, there’s always cornhole and checkers waiting for you. Enjoy your meals, snacks, and maybe even a few cold drinks at the outdoor table, or kick back in the ample seating available.

Step onto the massive covered porch at the front of the cabin, which leads straight to the hot tub (perfect for soaking in after a day of adventure). From there, it’s just a few steps down to the fire pit—ideal for stargazing, roasting marshmallows, or just kicking back with a cold drink and good company. And the best part? You won’t have to worry about nosy neighbors; since the cabin is so secluded, you’ll have your own private slice of peace and quiet.

The cabin is tucked at the end of a road with plenty of space for kids to run wild, dogs to stretch their legs, and cars (or even a boat) to park without worrying about traffic.

Inside Sweet Home Getaway
Inside, this cabin is all about comfort and charm—updated to feel like a cozy home away from home, but not so fancy that you have to worry about getting the couch dirty. You’ll have wireless internet, 5 flat-screen Smart TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room, just in case you can’t agree on what to watch), and central air to keep things cool.

The four spacious bedrooms are perfect for big groups that can sleep 10 people comfortably: one king bedroom (with a desk & chair to work if needed), two queen bedrooms, and one twin room with two twin beds. In addition, there are 2 full twin size rollaway beds with 5" foam mattresses (no dinky uncomfortable cots here!) One rollaway bed can easily fit into the twin room to sleep 3 in there and then other one can easily fit into one of the other bedrooms or the living room for sleeping. The kitchen was just updated with a beautiful green cabinet color and is roomy enough for cooking up meals, snacks, or your favorite cabin comfort foods. And with a huge pantry, there’s plenty of space to stash all your food and drinks (for when you’re not busy sampling local fare). The bathrooms are just as spacious—one with a bathtub, the other with a stand-up shower—so you’ll be able to freshen up after a fun day with plenty of space to spare.

Pets: We Get It, They’re Family Too
Yes, we welcome your furry friends with open arms! We totally agree—dogs are family. We do ask that you give us a heads-up about your four-legged companions before booking (so we know who’s coming), and there is a pet fee. We’ll also provide a dog bed for your pup, but we kindly ask that they stay off the furniture or use your own blanket placed on it first to avoid any... fluffy situations.

Location, Location, Location
This place is prime. No, seriously, you’ll be right in the heart of all the action. Only 4 miles south, you’ll find the local grocery store and Wal-Mart (trust us, with a group of 10, you’ll be making frequent trips). 5 miles north is the new casino, and 3 more miles north from there gets you to the fun of Hochatown with shops, breweries, and the lake.

If you're into kayaking, you’re just 8 miles from several kayak/canoe rental businesses. Wine lovers, rejoice! FishTale’s Winery is only 4.4 miles away, and you’ll find Girls Gone Wild and Vojai's within 7.9 miles for more wine-tasting fun. Fishing and golfing are nearby as well, for when you want to balance your relaxation with a little adventure.

The best part? On checkout day, you’ll be out of here fast—no sitting in traffic, trying to turn left with the entire town of Hochatown! Plus, with 3.5 acres of land, there’s plenty of room to spread out. The back of the property (where the basketball court is) borders the property line, so you might spot or hear some nearby cabins through the trees. But on the front side—where the hot tub and fire pit are—you’ll be surrounded by peaceful seclusion, with zero cabin noise from that direction. Sweet Home Road and Hwy 259 are about ½ mile away, so you might hear some light road noise from passing cars, but hey, that’s a small price to pay for being so close to all the action! Please note we are in the process of building a new accomodation and you will see 2 big decks at the front of the property near the big electrical lines. Please steer clear as this is considered a construction area.
