Access to the dock is permissible for guests, but all boats are strictly off limits to guests; owner use only. Guests renting the property agree to allow the owner(s) of the docked boats to access the dock/boats at any time, by way of the exterior walkway(s), and back patio, without notice.

DUE TO THE MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE (LIKE MOST IN THE AREA) DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. IN ADDITION, THERE IS NO CENTRAL HEATING: SPACE HEATERS PER ROOM HAVE BEEN PROVIDED.

PARKING:
- One garage space in single car garage.
- Note: Street parking on Newport Island requires a special permit during the summer months. Do not park without a permit. Permit can be supplied with advanced notice from Beachview Realty.
- Visiting guests may need to park off the island, throughout the peninsula neighborhoods.

Only 5 blocks from the 38th Street beach/ocean - about a 6-minute walk (surfing, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing). Easy access to PCH and Freeways can take you to day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, LEGOLAND, and more! LINENS: 
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
