There is plenty of parking in the driveway. The local towns have plenty of parking as well. The only time it can get difficult is during major event and festivals. Typically it is a very rural area with simple ease of access to all the local stops. It is best to have your own mode of transportation in this area. Uber is available, but times of operation may vary.

**The reception in the general area of Naples, NY can be very spotty.** There are a couple of neighborhood dogs (a German Shepherd and a Chocolate Lab) that like to visit the property and look for there buddy that moved away a while back. They are very sweet dogs. The owner has assured me she will try to keep the dogs off of the property but I cannot guarantee they will not show up. If you go left out of the driveway away from Naples, NY and toward Italy Valley, NY there is about an eight mile stretch of road that has no service. If you go right out of the driveway toward Naples, NY there are no serious reception issues. I have never personally had issues with reception at the house or on the property (I have Verizon) however, I have had a couple workers tell me they had a difficult time with reception (they both had AT&T) while inside the house. It seems to vary from carrier to carrier. Also, please note the floors are uneven in some places and may not be suitable for those with mobility restrictions. This house is on well water and there should be some expectation of a sulphuric smell. Do not drink the water
