Located in the affluent and safe suburb of Bakoven, this luxury Camps Bay Villa offers outstanding views across the Atlantic Ocean and plenty of space, ensuring comfortable living at every turn. Split into 3 levels, this home features two entertainment/lounge areas, two kitchens, two heated pools and five en-suite bedrooms. The home is ideally positioned to enjoy the proximity to Beta and Bakoven beaches.

The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area with wrap-around sliding doors opening onto large balconies with sea views, a swimming pool and gas braai- the perfect place to toast a sunset or two... The living room with a fireplace plays keeper to a TV of cinematic proportions for every movie marathon lover. The front entrance guest toilet is also on this upper level.

Take the stairs to the second level, which boats three bedrooms, a lounge area with an office space and secondary house entrance. The master bedrooms and second bedroom both enjoy ocean views. The third bedroom has a view of the garden.

Set up camp in the lower level; complete with a compact bar area, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area and a second pool. The two bedrooms on this floor have direct access to the pool area. The house can also be entered from this level if you are coming in from the garage.

In addition, the villa offers a carbon monoxide alarm system, a garage for 2 cars, a storage facility, separate staff bathroom as well as inverters for the house. Nothing has been missed in this expertly crafted space- perfect for a lush, no fuss lock-up-and-go abode.

With the Camps Bay beachfront (famed for its vibrant nightlife, sunbathers and seaside eateries set against the backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountains), just a 10 minute walk away, the V&A Waterfront , Table mountain and the CBD easily accessible, makes this is the perfect base to explore all that Cape Town has to offer!

This villa is almost like a double house. It has two kitchens, two entertainment areas, two outside pools and plenty of space which makes it suitable for bigger groups.

Oh, the Sunsets!

We wanted Camps Bay because of the beautiful sunsets, and this Little Beach Villa delivered. Such beautiful sunsets, and great access to all the hidden beaches south of Camps Bay. Staff and management were perfect. The sunsets from the top deck were some of the best I have ever seen.

Like a 5 STAR hotel!!

The house was AMAZING! Clean, beautifully furnished, beds very comfortable. The view was breathtaking, we watched many beautiful sunsets during our stay. Very close to Beta beach, exactly as described, just about 200m from the house. Nice and easy 10 min walk into the main area of Camps Bay, the shopping, restaurants and other beaches. Very well situated. Bibiana the host, was wonderful, amazing communicator, answered all my questions. Patience, the housekeeper was lovely, kind and easy to be around if we were in the house when she was cleaning. OVERALL 10 OUT OF 10! We would go back in a heartbeat
