But if you carry beach gears, you can drive over and park in the non-metered streets within ocean blocks with the city parking permit.
The washer/dryer are private to the unit. They are in the laundry room next door. You have a key to the next door laundry room to access the private washer/dryer. Trash is collected at the back of the building.
