All guests must sign-in with the front office to obtain parking passes and up to 8 bracelets (max occupancy); one for each member of your party that must be worn while on the property.

Parking notes: Parking passes are purchased on-site for up to 2 vehicles. Attendants accept CARDS ONLY. After hours, if there is no attendant, Guests must sign-in & pick-up passes immediately the following morning. Parking Passes are controlled and rates determined by the COA and are subject to change at any time (currently $36 for entire stay). No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. Birthday celebration

We were celebrating our Moms 85th birthday. The condo was great. Had to contact owner once and he was quick friendly and handled everything in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Condo Getaway

Our stay at this beach condo was nothing short of perfect. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the pristine beach, allowing us to enjoy sunrise strolls and sunset views right from the comfort of the property. The condo itself is beautifully updated, with modern decor that adds a fresh and welcoming vibe to the space. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the cozy furniture to the well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. The entire condo was spotless upon arrival, giving us peace of mind to fully relax and enjoy our stay. The amenities were exactly as described in the listing, if not better. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation, from beach chair rental included to a fully equipped kitchen. Communication with the property manager was seamless and prompt. They were incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in, check-out, and everything in between. The accuracy of the listing is spot-on; there were no surprises, just pleasant confirmations that what you see is exactly what you get. Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Great lovation

Loved the location, very well stocked with needed items for cooking, bed was comfortable loved washer and dryer was able to keep towels washed up, was t had big has the pictures made it seem but we managed with & there for a few days. Had to buy 4 parking passes during the entire stay for family members leaving and others coming in not interchangeable. Overall great vacation

Location and views!

We stayed for a mom trip and enjoyed our week! The hosts were very responsive when we booked and gave us all the info on amenities so we didn’t have to over pack. The Keurig saves you from having to pack coffe and filters, blender and crockpot in the hall closet, and the rest of the kitchen was well stocked. Sunset views are amazing and the boardwalk is VERY short, so quick trip to beach!

One of the best finds in Orange Beach!

This condo was everything promised and more! The owner is very helpful and instantly accessible, but you won't need him! The condo itself is very clean and beautiful, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. Access to the beach was great with only a few steps and much closer than other condos in the area. Overall this place rates superior over other condos in the area!

Great layout, well appointed, breathtaking views

We enjoyed our week very much. Parking is easy with ample space. The condo's layout was great for letting us wake up and enjoy sunrise, while providing quiet bedrooms for teens who prefer to sleep in. The condo decor and furnishings were modern and comfortable. Dining and entertainment options closeby, with endless options just a short drive away. Pool and beach access were steps away. We'll stay again when we return to the gulf area. Thank you!

Great Experience!

My family was very impressed by this condo. There was plenty of room for our family of five and we had everything we needed. The condo was very clean, and we absolutely loved the big balcony. Brett was very helpful throughout the entire process and kept us updated on any changes. The Romar Place attendant was also very nice and was very helpful on giving information about places to go. I would definitely stay here again. It was a very good experience.

Awesome View

This was a great condo with awesome views. The beds were a little firm, but we slept great. We saw dolphins every morning. There were volley ball nets on the beach. Lots of families doing activities. Down the street was Gulf Shore Steamers, a great place to eat and in Gulf Shores, Desotos was another great place to eat and they had a senior menu. The owners were great to work with. They had become the owners just after we scheduled our trip. They made the transition very smooth. We had a wonderful time!!

Orange Beach Vacation

The view from the condo is amazing! Brett, the condo owner, was excellent at communicating and readily available to make sure we had a great experience. This was our first time vacationing in Alabama and first time to have a beachside condo. We enjoyed it thoroughly!!!!

Great condo!!

We had a wonderful week in Brett’s condo! It was a great location with lots of walkable restaurants in the area. Whatever wasn’t walkable was a quick 5-10 minute drive or Uber ride away. Brett was super accommodating and allowed us to pop into the condo a little earlier than check in due to us being from out of town and overshooting our arrival time. Only one issue came up with the key code and Brett answered the phone and took care of it right away. We felt very taken care of and loved the customer service that was provided. The condo itself was perfect – an awesome balcony with a view of the beach, just the right amount of space for my family of six (it could have comfortably held at least two more people). The kitchen was stocked with plenty of essentials that were available for use. Perfect for a home away from home. Lots of comfy blankets around the place also. The condo building itself had quite a few rules in place, but they were easy enough to follow. Very clean and comfortable. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely return in the future!

Great beach vacation!

We love Romar Place for its location and family atmosphere. Unit 804 was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 children - great ocean view, pool, and sleeping accommodations. The new owner was very friendly, and he put effort into making sure our visit ran smoothly. I highly recommend.
