The lowest level of the house is a private section separately accessed from the patio on the beach side. It includes a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen, and a living room. With all the amenities and comforts you'll ever need, like a large TV, dining area, full kitchen, and washer and dryer, you'll never want to leave. THINGS TO KNOW
This is a combination unit comprised of an upper section of two levels and a lower section of one level. The two sections are connected but guests will not have access from inside. To access a different section, guests must use the outside entryways. Neither section can be rented separately.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
