Our newly renovated private beach home has it all! Grab one of our bikes and cruise the quick mile and a half to Vanderbilt beach, walk to nearby Mercato for shopping and dining, or enjoy a relaxing day in the private oasis backyard. Backyard includes in ground pool with a tanning ledge and spa, shaded pergola, and tiki bar. Outdoor living at it's finest! Inside you will find a newly updated kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms! All the amenities you could want for your vacation are onsite including adult and child bikes and a trailer for a small child, and beach chairs toys and coolers. No detail has been overlooked!

A bit of a letdown

House itself is beautiful. Unfortunately it has the smell of former smokers. Communication from owner was a bit concerning as we did not get check in info until last minute and I feel I had to chase them down. The final issue was our second day when we returned the apparent property manager, a friend, and four dogs were in the pool. He stated that he was not told the house was rented and left immediately. When I let owner know she did state that perhaps they failed to let him know we were renting. Overall we felt the property was not what we were hoping for as we felt that we were an end of season afterthought.

Our stay from start to finish was an excellent experience! The house was exactly as described on VRBO. Inside & outside exceeded all our expectations! Outdoor pool, tiki hut & outdoor seating were perfection !

Great location! Great House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The backyard was perfect for entertaining four teenage boys and their parents! Grandparents live nearby so they could visit with everyone! The house had everything we needed to be comfortable!

Beware. This property is in serious disrepair. DO NOT RENT.

The owners have completely given up. They’re not serious about good service, or hospitality at all. Below is an incomplete list: 1. Mouse droppings on floor 2. Cockroaches literally crawling on me during the night…oh and surprise they live in the refrigerator! 3. Millipedes everywhere 4. Dead bugs inside glasses 5. Could hear mice in walls 6. Standing water in front of the home. Now this is Florida so it happens, but most of the homes in the neighborhood do not have a mosquito breeding ground because they maintain their home. 7. No key. That’s right. No key was EVER given to us, despite multiple attempts to coordinate with the owner. Our belongings were unlocked and for the taking 24/7. 8. Various dead bugs all over. Just a very dirty home. My entire family is covered in bug bites, and not just mosquito bites, unfortunately. Not everyone is cut out for this business. These owners are not - we’ll be staying in a hotel next year. This was our 10th year spending Thanksgiving in Naples and it was an absolute disaster, and I’ll be requesting a refund.

La propiedad estaba en muy buenas condiciones.El patio hermoso con todas las comodidades.Solo que si eres escandaloso como nosotros no es la propiedad para ti a las 3 de la tarde estábamos recibiendo llamadas de quejas de los vecinos .Pues los alrededores solo viven personas retiradas . Fantastic family vacation

We had a great family vacation at this Naples home! It is clean, airy and has everything you need. The pool is wonderful and there are plenty of pool toys. Great outdoor patio and grill area for everyone to hang out. The location can’t be beat. Close to the beaches where we hunted for shells and took in some spectacular sunsets. Around the corner from Whole Foods. The host is very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back soon!

Recently renovated with a big pool and yard

We had a great week as family in this property. It actually looks better in person that in the pictures. It clearly has been very recently renovated and has a nicely maintained front and backyard. The backyard is especially large comparing to the neighboring properties and features a large pool and hot tub. We’ve enjoyed our evenings there after a day in the beach. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived. I highly recommend this house and we look forward to return.

Beautiful house, amazing backyard

We absolutely loved this place. The house is completely renovated and beautiful. The backyard is sunny pretty much all day with an amazing pool and covered areas to sit. Owners and manager are all very responsive; we had a couple questions while we were there and we were quickly taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything that you need in one place!

The house was spacious enough and we had everything what we needed. Even more we had everything for the beach including bikes and towels. Lindsay was really helpful and answered us within minutes.

Didn’t even need the beach

This is the one. The backyard is paradise. We came for our annual moms trips to get some sun and sand but once we saw the heated pool/hot tub/tiki bar/pergola/outdoor speakers/white pavers situation on this property we barely left! The entire interior is also completely updated (colors/patterns/materials/furniture clearly chosen by a professional designer). Short bike ride to Vanderbilt beach. Friendly and responsive owner. Really enjoyed our stay on this beautiful property.

Can't Wait to Come Back

I stayed with some friends and family here for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. It was perfect. The house is chicly designed, clean, and has everything you need. The photos don't do it justice. The pool area is the best part of the house! Its huge-so you can really spread out. We loved the house so much we only left a few times. I'm absolutley recommending this property to friends and family and would love to come back next year. Thanks for hosting us Lisa :)

Perfect little rental.

I’ve rented Vrbo houses all over the Naples and Bonita area. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The inside of the house is totally renovated in a tasteful way. The backyard of the house is incredible. We had everything we needed. Heated pool, hot tub, cabana with tv,gas grill and fridge to keep our drinks cold. We only spent the weekend but we’re looking forward to renting again soon.

Wonderful Property

Beautiful property! The interior was newly renovated and beautifully designed. The backyard and pool were awesome, we barely needed to leave! The house had everything we needed to enjoy a lovely beach vacation. Great location – close to beach and restaurants in Mercado. The owners were extremely hospitable and easy to communicate with. I will definitely book this property for future vacations!
