Dip into the pool and sip on your favorite drink! This beautiful home has so much to offer for your vacation! We have a fully stocked kitchen including complimentary coffee! Enjoy the outdoor kitchen and bar with a grill, ice maker, refrigerator, and sink! You will have everything you need here at our Dip n sip oasis and it's awesome location. It's just short drive to the beach, dining, nightlife and shopping!

The pool heater is not guest accessible and is locked at 85 degrees. It will run during the day while the pool pump runs. The heater will automatically shut off when exceeding 85 degrees. In the event of very cold weather, the heater will be able to keep the pool 20-25 degrees above the air temp. If you have any questions please contact us for more details.

Neighborhood:

We are located just 2 miles from the beautiful beach, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, and great resturants right on the intercostal. Just a 3 mile drive to Delray Beach where you will find another beautiful public beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife located on Atlantic Ave. We have 2 grocery stores less than a mile from the house so you can grab some hot dogs or hamburgers and have a nice cookout by the pool. Please check out our guest book when you arrive as we have listed some recommendations for dining and activities to do in the area with addresses and descriptions!

Great place for family trip

The property made it easy to travel with kids. Not only did they provide a pack n play but the mattress, black out curtains, puddle jumpers, pool toys, beach toys, easy! Happy with our choice in VRBOS! Thankful!

Peaceful and Relaxing

Our hosts were always available for questions and information we needed during our stay. We enjoyed being outside in the large pool area soaking up the sun and spending time lounging around the pool and eating our meals out there as well. Great grill for barbecuing. Lots to do in the area. Delray Beach was our favorite.

We loved it all!

Our family stayed at this location for one week. The house had everything we needed. We did rent a full size crib as our 2 1/2 year old would not have slept well in port-a-crib. Our weather was sensational which made this house particularly great. We make good use of the pool and spacious backyard. The house is in an unusual community of old beach cabins. Some are not kept up as well but this house was well taken care of. The location was otherwise perfect- close to everything one would need. We liked the privacy of having a house to ourselves. The house has almost any supply we could use- a beautiful grill, towels, blankets, lots of dishes and cooking utensils, some spices, a Keurig and a coffee maker., tons of pool toys, shade, sunlight, lots of televisions. I only wish it had a fourth bedroom so I could come back for a growing family.

The house was exactly like the photos. Very clean and the decorations for the holidays were a very nice touch. The house is well kept, and you can tell the owners really care about the property. This house is a great place to spend some family time. They have thought of everything in the kitchen and outside in the backyard for you to be able to cook to your hearts content, barbecue, swim in the pool and relax.

Fantastic Oasis

My spouse and teenage kids could not have been happier with our stay at the Dip & Sip. Communication was timely, and The owners were very accommodating to our requests.The property had every amenity it promised and plenty of space to ourselves. We’ve been visiting family in the Boynton area for many many years and were so pleased to find this gem so nearby to them. From start to finish we thoroughly felt at home and enjoyed our stay. Birthday Barbecue

My trip at Dip N Sip was absolutely flawless. Kayla and Matt were nothing less than exceptional hosts. I had informed them I was going to be spending my birthday weekend there and they were communicative understanding and so unbelievably kind (they even left me a birthday package !). Their home is beautiful, spacious and well equipped for stays and the back yard is an absolute dream. Once you’re in there will be no reason to leave as they truly have thought of it all. They even included infant supplies (bibs,High chairs, crib mattress etc.) when you include them on the itinerary. Will be back here absolutely amazing

July 4th Stay

The house was clean and spacious. There are roomy closets and dressers in each room to unpack and get suitcases out of the way so you feel like you were at home. There are beach towels, chairs, beach bag and extra inflatables. It was great to not have to pack these items or purchase them when we arrived. The pool was clean and just the right temperature! The house is in a great location! Easy and quick drive to Boynton and Delray restaurants and beaches. Would stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our extended stay at Matt and Kayla’s home! It has a beautiful layout that is conducive to family and friends enjoying time together grilling out, swimming in the spacious pool, and playing games on the patio or in the living room. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and fun. This home has everything you need with comfortable beds, plenty of linens, beach towels, board and card games, well stocked kitchen, a shed full of floats and pool toys, and the list goes on and on! LOVED our stay and would highly recommend it! Matt and Kayla are wonderful, gracious and responsive hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay one of the best we’ve had!! Top ratings to them and the Dip N Sip Oasis!!

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved staying at this home during a long weekend to visit family in Boynton and Delray Beach. Everything is exactly as described and beyond - so nice that the hosts supply coffee, as well as plentiful towels, pool toys, and lounge chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the patio and even used the gas firepit one night. The couches and beds are very comfortable, it's a great location, and communication was prompt and clear. I would absolutely stay here again, I loved it!

Best Owners!

We have rented this home from Matt and Kayla twice. Returning to a rental is a high compliment, and these fabulous owners deserve it! The house is very comfortable and they have truly thought of everything needed for a wonderful vacation in the Oasis! The property is well maintained, very clean and well stocked with towels, beach items, kitchen items and pool needs. They even supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash! The location of the home is in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and beaches. We love just hanging out by the beautiful pool. We will definitely be back for a third visit next year! Great Stay

This was an easy 5 star review for me. The description and pictures are 100% accurate but don't tell all the nice little touches in the home. This is my first rental where I don't have any little issues or annoying things to complain about. If Matt and Kayla owned all the rentals the world for us travelers would be a much better place. Book with confidence!!!
