A deluxe game room comes equipped with an array of family-friendly games and entertainment for endless indoor fun.

Gather with friends and family in the living room while chatting beside the gas fireplace or streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Perfect for happy hour, the screened porch comes furnished with string lighting, cushioned seating and a TV. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy alfresco meals at the patio table set for four. A convenient pass-through window makes it easy to serve up drinks and dishes from the kitchen. In the evenings, gather around the firepit for starlight conversation or a nightcap.

If you're looking for a little bit more excitement or some friendly competition, the detached game room offers a suite of entertainment options including a poker and game tables, board games, darts, mini-hoops, a video arcade, TV lounge, and movie projector with a huge viewing screen. There's also a microwave and a few yard games including bean-bag toss.

The spacious, two-story interior is well-equipped with all the essentials of home including a stainless steel full kitchen (with dishwasher), central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer. The main-floor primary includes a private en suite with a separate tub and shower and two bedrooms share access to a second full bathroom upstairs. There is also a second living area upstairs equipped with another smart TV for flexible entertainment options. A half-bath is located on the main floor for household convenience.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Shared among HOA - Lake Dock if under 24ft with motor per HOA



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
